Calling them crybabies because they're having crybaby meltdowns because the trailer wasn't ripe with horrendous 13 year old melodramatic over serious junk and because Kojima-san desu desu isn't giving us another terribad long winded 'masterpiece'.
Not you, just the internet in general. The bitter tears are most delicious and I needed them after GSC closed doors. _________________

Jeez, recommended 6950 for an RTS? I kind of find that hard to believe.

Considering the mid-range NVIDIA GTX 570 is also recommended, that's either a mistake or it performs horribly on AMD hardware. Bad optimisation? _________________

Except that the 570 actually performs better in some games?

Yes, we're all looking forward to close-ups of Raiden's dick. I'm sure it's going to be hi-hilarious with its non-seriousness and penis shots.

And it's not new that an RTS actually becomes a benchmarker of a game. Company of Heroes was a beast when that came out, as was Supreme Commander. _________________

It's going to have a terrible story. Which will be right in line with Metal Gear Solid 4. _________________

They also need to fix the bland design of endless waves of enemies. And bland everything apart from the main characters really.
The first was a colossal piece of shit and I'm a huge G1 fan. So keeping my expectations low on the sequel. _________________

I think fans were just looking forward to a game that bridged the gap between MGS2 and MGS4, but due to the new project direction that isn't going to happen. Whether you like/dislike the story or not, for people who do that's a big downer. Whether it justifies overzealous internet whinging is another matter entirely... _________________

anyone else find the diablo trailer kind of underwhelming? I mean on a technical sense it's typical blizzard level of fucking untouchable artistic mastery. But as for getting me pumped for Diablo 3?
Kind of eh. _________________

Yeah, it was cool but not super exciting. Nothing beats the announcement trailer of SC II or the intro to Wrath. When SC II was announced I think I nearly cried (watched it live). _________________

By "huge G1 fan", I assume you mean "narrow-minded narcissist".
Even if I wasn't a massive Transformers fan, I'd still think that trailer was one of the most exhilirating sequences of cinematic footage that I've ever seen (a common sentiment, from what I've seen thus far).
Admittedly, I was also quite underwhelmed by the Diablo III cinematic. Bar the very cool "dream sequence" at the start of the High Heavens/Burning Hells war, it just didn't do anything for me. _________________

Bare in mind for D3 it's just the intro to the game proper, so it plays a role story wise and not just 'look at our flashy CGI that has no relation to gameplay or story'. Hence why I'm torn on Transformers. It **** on everything Bay did in nearly seven hours of film, and yet I know the game will more than likely pale in comparison. Solid fun, but nothing like that.

^Exactly that.
The CG is great and the trailer is well done, but if they follow the same structure that the first game went through, it's going to be so dull imo. The first really felt like a generic shooter with a Transformers skin on it.
