Headphones: it's got a standard port, anything normal will work so get what you usually get for nice sound.
AV out: pretty sure Dick Smith, JB etc still carry the cables, DealExtreme has them too if you want them cheap and are willing to wait.

I got my sister these Playstation brand headphones. The specs were pretty decent, she uses them for her ipod.

As for cases and accessories, I usually get stuff made by Hori or Gametech. I usually get my stuff when I'm in Japan, but since that's probably not an option, I would say try ebay, yesasia, play-asia, or if you can wait just pm and I'll see what I can do, when I go end of the year.

Headphones are a lot down to preference, you can spend as little or as much as you want depending on what you want to get out of them (or what else you'll use them for). The Logitech noise cancelling headphones do look very worthwhile for $40.

AV leads and accessories you could try Game Supply, they have Powerwave cables and generic cases.

I'm gonna hijack this thread for a second to ask for help with my PSP 3000.

It's a Mystic Silver PSP and call it my OCD icon_lol.gif but the top of the nub stick is looking a little brown to me.

I know its pretty much impossible to keep something your hands touch for hours clean, but what's the best way to get rid of that brownness?
toothpick/damp cloth?

Maybe try something like Windex, rubbing alcohol or even vinegar on a cloth? If all else fails you can just get a replacement off eBay icon_smile.gif

I've a white PSP and I get the same problem, I just use a rubber lightly and it'll come off. Do it too hard and the stick might break though...

Oh, oh. Magic eraser icon_biggrin.gif It's a block of foam that's kind of like very very fine sandpaper, so you don't want to scrub super hard, but it should do the job for you! You can get them at the supermarket in the cleaning aisle.

Break it off?! icon_eek.gif
I'll keep a look out for this magic eraser then...or will a normal eraser suffice?

The magic eraser is slightly abrasive and is squishy so it can get into the roughness of the nub. Try a regular eraser first, if it doesn't work you could also try a putty eraser if you have one around, or even blu-tack?
