For the ones reliant on online play, the netcode is pretty good so far. Green bars are definitely playable as I can normally land my bnb and hd combos. Yellow bars are hit and miss just like SSF4 and don't even bother with red.

Will be pretty much rubbish online for us Aussies. If the game isn't even available to the general public then it will be dead online anyway.

I can confirm this. All i get are 1 bar connections  It's pretty much the same as KoF12 for me.....but with KoF12, i knew i was connecting to japanese people.

It's obvious that if we get on different consoles we'll splinter the what tiny Aussie KOF13 community may exist. There's only one solution to this, all aboard the Tekken train - all the cool kids hang out there!

Just played against several lv.4 latency(blue bar) opponents and the online play was absolutely perfect. No input lag at all and this on PS3.

Some people already have access to Classic Iori. I'm guessing these people bought the Japanese version as it came with the DLC for free if anyone pre-ordered it.
When it comes to other fighters, how has the connection fared when you guys play people internationally?

I'm not trolling, I'm trying to rally the troops, bring a community together, to put together a united front, to solidify our small but fractured community... so we can all move together as one over to Tekken. 
I'll get KOF13 on both consoles like I did with KOF12 but I'll probably get it when I go back to Japan.
