If I pashed on with some chick and then she was like "sorry I actually like girls" I would be stoked, because we already have something in common.

I'm stoked to finally have Skyrim running on my laptop without constant crashes and frame rate fluctuations. Thank you 'large address awareness' patch! I knew I had 8 gig of ram for a reason.

A couple of things.
Am quite relieved I wasn't suspended at work last week. Found out today that a co-worker was for using a knife without a slashproof glove on. He was suspended for a few days and had a meeting with H&S staff today. I did exactly the same thing last week and was approached by the regional manager who was in the store at the time and only got a talking to.
Also went and bought a pair of cufflinks today, I kinda feel all grown up and everything. _________________

I was helping a catholic priest with internet banking today and his random temporary password that came up was christ.
I was so happy. _________________ Currently Playing : Atelier Iris 2 (PS2), Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii), Legend of Heroes : Trails of the Sky (PSP), 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors (DS) and Final Fantasy XIII (PS3)

Did he get down on his knees whilst being bathed in monitor light? |
When the computer popped a box that said 'Contact your administrator' he said "Isn't Jesus an administrator to all?"
No. It means Jeff in Support.

My sister wanted a new phone to replace her current old touchscreen Samsung phone. She was eyeing on the Samsung Galaxy S2.
That was until I told her about the iPhone 4S plan and I got her on it. This is her first ever smartphone (she is only 1 year younger) and she is loving it a lot, nice to see she has a phone that she doesn't want to toss it to the wall. I helped her to chase up the stocks on the iPhone 4S white for her, wasn't easy.
Observing her usage of the phone was interesting, I predicted she will get into Siri which is what is the hype atm, she haven't even touched that yet!. She was disappointed at one point because she couldn't find the web browser, which I had to help her. She even uses Facebook on the web browser not knowing there's an app for that. She rarely watches tv so I wouldn't be surprised if she never seen the "there's an app for that" ad where there is an app for "everything". She has heard of Words for Friends from word of mouth, this shows the power of the verbal communication.
She didn't know about the rearranging of apps, grouping of apps, she hasn't even touch the iTunes App Store. She has been SMS/MMSing and taking photos on it all day.
These observation is a learning experience for me as I can use them for my future development project, especially for User Interaction (like how she failed to find the web browser tells me naming is important). _________________ "Work hard now, play even harder later"

^ In a scramble I sometimes hit safari when I want to look at maps - that compass icon says less about browsing and more about finding your way. Always watching the uninitiated use new tech - they're seldom confounded by what you would expect!

Talking about the naming of suburbs here in the office; I mentioned that the Perth suburb Cockburn is pronounced by many as Coburn and how they should petition to get the name changed if they don't like it rather than mispronouncing it. Then one of the guys in the office shouts out 'I LOVE COCKBURN'.
