Yea that should be good.
I just buy any paste as I dont get into o'cing so dont need the best. I got some from the local computer store for $8, get it there if you dont want to wait for postage.
Underclocking is another idea. Otherwise a better heatsink and fan, although if looking into buying that perhaps just upgrading to one of the i series will be better in the long run. _________________ Games for Sale

Thanks for the help I've ordered some thermal paste and if that doesn't work i'm going to try and underclock.
What are your thoughts on the motherboard? With it being too hot to touch? Because everything connects to the mobo so maybe that is causing the heat problem not my CPU?
To add to that, i've also been getting the freezing problem come back, that I mentioned in my first post. Temporary freezing now, everything stops and my sound repeats itself. I am thinking that is the motherboard, especially because I have onboard sound so the sound going weird when everything freezes definitely points toward a motherboard issue right? _________________
