That's one thing that could use some polishing, the sign system. Firstly, the lobby implementation is flawed, and secondly, I would love to see signs when I'm hollowed. Force me into humanity to use them but if I could see them while I'm running around I may have some incentive to use my souls. Nothing more annoying than using humanity and being bereft of signs.

I do have multiples of others though.

Well I'm in the 50s now. I guess I'll send you a message when I hit 65.
All done with the Painted World now, thanks to some random phantom who came in and absolutely trashed everything with me. _________________

edit: got one with ring + 2 humanity, glad I decided to try just 'one more' before giving up =p _________________

I killed the half breed chick, got her tail as well. I used the silence spell hoping it would stop her going invisible, but it didn't work! Nice side effect there is a faint magic symbol around her body after you cast the spell which really helped me target her. I know about the foot steps but this really helped with positioning of my strikes.
Next stop, catacombs!! Have +5 Divine sword will travel!! _________________

crown of dusk + dragoncrest ring + 50 intelligence = you don't want to run into a crystal soul spear
well guys after 130 hours I think I'm almost ready to head to ng+ while I farm 99 humanity from the baby skeletons in the tomb =)
for my own reference I'm writing my main equipment here so I can change back after needing to use heavier armour in some parts... I'm looking at you damn rolling wheel skeletons.

Wow, 130 hours and you still haven't finished NG+ NG+ only took me about 10 hours to finish (and get everything) while I was easily half way through NG++ in about 2.
And OropherX, I hate PvP'ing against guys like you. A bit of lag and bam, Crystal Soul Spear has me dead. I'm interested to see how your character fairs against NG+ Four Kings (all the others are a walk in the park).

Grrrr
I'm getting killed on all fronts now.
1. Anor Londo has 2 great bow guys shooting lances at me as I try to cross a narrow ledge between them (I think this might be what you guys mentioned?)
2. Darkroot Basin has a stupid hydra who kills me before I can get near
3. New Londo is just stupid full of ghosts (I don't like getting cursed)
4. Catacombs are dark and I don't have any sources of light yet

1. yep i warned you =p if you can get someone to help they can distract the knight while you kill with a spell or pyromancy from a distance or by yourself just try to angle block so they fall off.
2. that hydra is so weak compared to the one in Ash Lake below the Hollow tree =)
3. ghosts don't curse you but you need curse item to hurt them. They generally drop them frequently so just kill a few and you're set. Alternative you can go to valley of the drakes via new londo or darkroot basin and grab the astora straight sword in front of zombie dragon, it can hurt........... whoops no it can't, it only stops skeletons from reviving. The only weapons which can hurt ghosts without item = sif's cursed sword and ghost blade dropped by ghosts.
4. Do you mean tomb of the giant? You don't need light for catacombs, just the area after. It's worth doing all of the catacombs early so you can get the rite of kindling and get more flask charges. _________________

Once you reach the top area where the archer knights are, try rolling towards it so it can't hit you otherwise 1 arrow can send you flying off the edge even while guarding. Also wearing armor with high poise might help so you can stand your ground better against the attacks.

Ah... I should try the catacombs then.
I started trying to do the Drake's Valley(?) but died twice in a row and lost myself enough souls to level up. I fell down the stupid elevator =P
With those archers, they knocked me off twice while weaing the full black iron set... I'm not sure I've got anything with higher poise. _________________

High poise does little to detract dragonslayer arrows. Wear light armour and roll towards the archer on the right, dodging the arrows. Then get him to draw his sword. Once he's drawn his sword, run towards the other guy and the sword wielder will fall. Exploit the environment there. _________________

@grim-one, I had a hell of a time with those guys, as a tank with havel's armor I couldn't do all this run and gun stuff the others are talking about.
The way I broke through is with arrows, if you walk slowly up the first ramp there is a sweet spot with one guy top left corner and other on your right. You take out the guy on the left first, his shots will hit the rails of the ramp and not hit you and the guy on the right shots will hit the corner of the large column. Once the left guy is gone move up slowly and target the right guy.
Good luck!!
@Cyph, I don't have that spell and I don't know where to get it from???
I managed to get to the second bone fire and killed this mage guy, found a very dark area with which I only looked at by using fire ball to see in front of me!!
I found one path with spikes in the up position and cant find a switch to turn it around. Also found the smithy. _________________

Hey guys Im kinda lost as to what to do next advice would be appreciated (spoiler free as possible).
I just defeated the boss of Anor Londo, I am level 58 and 62 hours in. I met the lady lying down (Gwyndelline?) and joined her cult and got the Ygdrassil? Transporter.
Now, things I havent done that I have noticed (Two Beasts at bottom of Sens Fortress, Zombie Dragon, FLame Area Boss beyond Blight town, Hydra in Ash Lake, Dragon on the Bridge in starting area, Hydra in forest area, Forest area Wolves and boss beyond the bridge/door, Crazy Gold Plated armored beast in the newly opened door in anor londo). I also havent ventured much further in the ghost ruins area than obtaining the curse ring.
I have not actually been past the area with the Skeletons come to think of it, either. Maybe Ill head there tonight.
What should I be doing next? Strength Build with 16 VIT, 32 Stamina, 45 Strength {going for 50}, other stats at base levels, Golem Axe + 5)
This is the first time I have used any help, very proud so far. By the way, this is the best game of the whole generation. I was mildly distracted by sonic, skyrim, uncharted. This game for me is where its at. Love. _________________

You've basically got four places you need to go from there to finish the game:
* Demon's Ruins and Lost Izalith. This is accessed through Queelag's domain.
* The Catacombs and the Tomb of the Giants. This is accessed through the graveyard in Firelink.
* Duke's Archives and the Crystal Cave. This is on the opposite side of Anor Londo from where the bats brought you in.
* The ruins you mentioned and the Abyss. You need the ring Sif drops to drop down in to the Abyss without dying.
And going by your list, you haven't gone in to the Painted World of Ariamis yet, which requires you to go back to the Undead Asylum to pick up the Peculiar Doll.
If you're at all interested in joining the Darkwraith covenant, go do the ruins before giving the Lordvessel to Frampt. From there, the Duke's Archives are the easiest. I'd suggest doing Lost Izalith before the Catacombs, solely because you can pick up the Sunlight Maggot. The Tomb of the Giants is easy enough once you get that. _________________

1) try picking the guy off at the right with a bow
2) first time I did this I stacked up on arrows and found an area in the environment where I could hit it but it's ranged attacked couldn't hit me. Use the ring to extend bow range
3) there's an item you can use that lets you attack them, transient curse
4) either get the Cast Light spell from Dusk (after you kill the hydra in darkroot basin, follow the lake into a cave, kill the gold golem and then dusk's summon sign is near a rock infront of where you killed the hydra
Xtra-> see 4)
ManeKast
Those demons drop Demon Titanite which is needed for upgrading weapons. I recommend you take them down (i.e the ones at Sens). The Zombie Dragon you can kill at range with a bow. Flame Area Boss -> Demon Ruins? You'll need to do that to finish the game. Hydras (see above). Dragon on the bridge... difficult if you don't use the glitch Gold Plated Armoured Beast?
Good melee build. Personally, I had a jack of all trades so I could use spells as well.
