I leave on Sunday and am planning to grab a few things that I cannot get in Australia, namely Mortal Kombat on Xbox 360. I have looked up some of these questions previously but didn't really find what I was looking for / do not have time to look into it too much.
Are there any other banned games / games not available in Australia that I should keep an eye out for? I won't have much time for shopping as it is a business trip (must be compatible with Australian consoles) I like having stuff that isn't available here.
I own everything. I bought a PS3 today so may stock up on PS3 games whilst I'm there but am aware that their DLC isn't compatible with Australian accounts but there is a work around.
I have a PSP Go and have heard that American PSP store is much better than ours, am I better off buying PSN store credit there and using it? I already have games from the Australian store… I can have both installed at once yeah?
I've considered buying a US Xbox 360 so I can play the Burger King games I bought ages ago which do not work here… If I were to use an American xbox, would I be able to log in with my normal Gamertag so I can get the achievements from them? I am also interested in getting a the American Indie games that are not available on the Australian store, such as Fortresscraft… any advice?
3DS games from America will not play on my 3DS correct?
Will I have many problems with blurays? (we are region B yeah?)
PS. I will be in Las Vegas for a trade show all week so I'm not sure how much actual shopping I'll get to do, but will try really hard to get to a gaming store or two. _________________ my video game collecting blog: http://keith.nallawalla.com/

I'd grab MK for the PS3 over the 360 dude. No idea if the 360 one is region locked, PS3 one has Kratos as well. 360 didn't get any exclusive character. _________________

Yep, that's right. But all normal DS games bar about a dozen will. _________________

I haven't tried yet, but from my research it seems: You can have American and Australian games installed on a PSP go at the same time. You can't play them at the same time. To play your Australian games you need to go online and log into your Australian PSN account, and then you can play your Australian games even offline but you won't be able to play the US games until you go back online and log into your US PSN account. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, because a couple of things I read implied that logging into your Australian account will delete the data from your US games and you'll have to redownload them, and vice versa, but other things said that the other region games just get deactivated. _________________

That's a good point, thanks. I may even buy it on both.
@Jedi_Amara
hmm… the PSP stuff sounds annoying. There isn't a whole lot of good stuff for PSP anyway except maybe cheaper prices if bought from the american store.
Does anyone know of any other games that are not available here other than sports games? _________________ my video game collecting blog: http://keith.nallawalla.com/
