Y'know, I hate to say it, but the customization is really kind of crap compared to the second game's. No layering? Seriously? How the hell are you meant to wear a skirt if you can't get tights to put under it? Why can't you wear a t-shirt under a coat?
That's kind of crap.

Nah it looks like the customisation system has been paired back.
You also no longer have a gender slider, height, you cant have a musscle bound fat dude etc.
Hopefully it makes up for it in the variety of customisation, it looks like you can customise heaps more stuff and fully customise your gang not just choose a few pre-set ones.
