Congratulations, FeralOni.

I might pick the game up still if I can find it on the cheap.

Really? I thought the only game that did cross platform play was Shadowrun... I tried it with SSF4:AE and it didn't work.

SUH-WEET!!!!

After a long morning of studying and getting pissed off at my inability to grasp even the most basic of programming, then having to do a plethora of chores whilst the housemate is off having fun in the city (my own fault, if i hadn't procrastinated with the study all week i'd have had the afternoon free) it's a nice pick-me-up to have won this competition icon_biggrin.gif

According to Digital Spy, the PC and Xbox versions of BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger are cross platform compatible. So I guess there are only a few games that support this cross platform feature. :\

Wow sweet. Did they do a Continuum Shift for PC? I'd be tempted to pick it to sit alongside AE if they did.

Unfortunately no Continuum Shift for PCs. Damn shame because Calamity Trigger's game-play is so different to Continuum Shift's.

Hey Jahanzeb, I've just added you on LIVE. I'm just going to try and make my PS3 controller work on my PC and we should be good to go!! lol icon_smile.gif

I think there was an unofficial PC port, which was pretty much similar to the Arcade version.

Yeah there is actually. But it's very basic and there's not much to go on it besides arcade mode.

For now (just started playing CS after a very long hiatus) Tsubaki, with Jin/Bang as backups. I'm playing around with different characters though, so they might not stay as my main for long.

I just need to clarify(it's bugging me): It's not a port. It's a rip of the arcade version of the game. That's why there's no actual proper config file/Only has arcade mode/Has a BIOS menu which contains stuff like Play count/play mode.

The only reason it's Rippable and works is because the Arcade versions are built on the Taito X2 board: which is basically a standard mid/low range computer (Core 2 Duo/7600GT iirc). Unlike older arcade boards where there stuff like non-standard graphics chips were used(Like Naomi/Naomi2 - Even though they're technically arcade board versions of a dreamcast)

/nerdrage.

Was told by a friend that there was an "unofficial" port and I never looked into it and posted it as it is, I apologize for my laziness, now if you excuse me, there's someone I need to grill

Not much info on it yet, but fucking loving the one character design they've posted so far.

That's like... everything I want from a game character.
