Regarding the lending of games; I never lend anything for the reasons detailed in this thread.

I hated myself when I sold my mint copy of the greatest game of all time:
Parappa The Rapper 2
I felt so bad I bought some not-so-great condition one on eBay soon after.
Also selling my Nintendo 64 console to my mum's friend. Had some great games.
-NBA Hangtime
-Mario 64
-Smash Bros
-Pokemon Snap
-Pokemon Stadium
-Diddy Kong Racing
And a whole heap more. None were boxed at least. Never, ever letting that happen with my SNES console, even if I don't use it. _________________ The best FPS is Pokemon Snap Facebook Group

+1 for that Cyph. I never lend anything (games, dvds, comics, etc) as none of my friends have ever returned anything back to me in the same condition. I mean honestly, how does someone manage to get scratches on a game disc when all they should be doing is moving it from the game case to the actual console???...I often wonder if my friends are attempting to juggle my discs because they are all circus clowns during the night _________________

I wised up after my Gran Turismo debacle that i posted about on the previous page. Guess i am lucky that a lot of my multiplayer gaming is done online, if i had as many lounge room multiplayer sessions as i used to in the late 90's and throughout part of the 00's..... i'd be missing games, ruined more controllers etc.
I also learned early on to never lend out my dvds, i don't even let my family members watch them (my dad is very bad with them, even mishandles his own collection!). I spent a lot of $, i want them to remain in as new condition for as long as possible (forever for the most part).
