pretty sure that's discrimination. Check with the dept of fair trading.
To be honest though, it's not going to do anything, there's nothing to stop them going "No you're not suitable" and not giving a reason and just not telling you it's cause of your penis.

We talked about this exact thing in class today. It's discrimination, but sometimes discrimination can be authorised.
They are allowed to only seek female workers if it has been authorised.
