Did the same thing late last week, am now playing the waiting game =)
Looking forward to having a phone that isn't falling apart, and with enough storage for a goodly amount of music (currently rocking a mammoth 4gb mp3 player...)!
Edit: Whoa, that was quick! Arrived at work about half an hour ago - was wondering when I'd get a despatch notice, guess they just didn't bother with that. Cannot wait to get it set up so I can move on from my half-dead 3Gs =D

Some new things.
SotC - 28ish from EB. Was quite surprised to finally find something of this calibre in EB and not already snapped up. Outer case is a tad frayed on a couple of corners but disc and art cards are in excellent condition.
Pac-Man - 14ish from Gametraders.
Horus Rising - 18 from GW. I've been reminiscing about the whole 40k scene recently and thought I'd get this book to tide me over till after exams.

Forgive me, but isn't that the very definition of a redundant purchase? Is the 4s really that much better? I don't really know the difference but I thought mainly it was just a better processor, although I can't see much that takes advantage of that anyway. I would have thought you'd be better off waiting another 6 months for the 5 or whatever is next.
I myself upgraded to a 64gb 4s on Friday. I had no idea it was out, I just strolled into the store at 4:30pm, they told me they had a 64gb so I went for it, then as soon as he grabbed it he calls out to all the people queuing that they were completely sold out of iPhones, pretty lucky to snag one.
I previously had a 3 year old 3G, that had a broken silent button and horrible battery life (I had to charge it twice a day usually).

Hey Spensa, hrmm I've heard that Rising Star games will be publishing it in the UK (PAL-regions), but even that's from a listed Amazon site, which says it'll be released sometime in October. (this month!) Besides that, I'm not really sure myself. :S

Been ages since I've posted in here. I guess mainly because there haven't been many games to buy.... until now O.O
Dark Souls- $88 Game. Still sealed until I can commit my time fully for this.
ICO/SotC- $59 JB. ICO is now done and dusted and will eventually get into SotC.
Batman Arkham City- $70-ish Dick Smith. Hitting this ASAP!!!
Child of Eden- $30 Mighty Ape. Game is top class stuff, worth dusting off the Move for as well.

I've only played the PS3 version, so I have no idea about how much better the 360 version is, but I found the PS3 version to be perfectly fine. It ran smooth, there were no hiccups, and I still rate it as probably one of my top 3 PS3 games today.

PS3 Bayonetta runs worse, loads slower, looks worse and has more screen tearing than the Xbox 360 version. Platinum didn't do the port internally, Sega did, and like a lot of PS3 ports around that era the process was done quick and dirty. If you have the option, you should never get the PS3 version over the 360 release.
That being said, if you can only get the PS3 version you'd be utterly insane to pass it up. Technical issues are annoying, but the patch (an essential download, don't skip on it) cleans up the load times significantly, and the game is still highly playable in its botched state.
Now, enjoy the greatest 3D beat-em-up ever made. But don't feel guilty skipping cutscenes if you start to tire of the story .
