That's amateur dude.
I once had a mutant leg hair that was 25cm long. Presumably that one follicle was blasted by cosmic rays.
How the hell it got to such a length without me noticing I have no idea, but it did.

Sometimes hair from your head or another person's head can land on someone and then the skin can grow into it. Though you tend to see that sort of thing more when you sleep with your head resting on your arm.
