a FFXIII-3 would be great, there is a lot they can do with the world they started in FFXIII. It's a waste to throw away creative world building if there's potential to expand it. (Spent the night reading about Etro, the conflict with the other gods, the world of the dead) there's a lot going on in the lore.

Hey haters, it's simple don't want or like modern FF, don't buy it. Instead of neging out on forums go n play some FF on your NES
It obvious now something has gone awry with Versus, but its great the the FF XIII universe is being expanded upon with 2 and the possibility of a 3rd is also welcomed.

I doubt it's anything handheld. I reckon it's an MMO set in the FFXIII world. Remember how SE announced FFXIV before FFXIII was even released? This situation reminds me of that. I'm not sure whether they'd be game to try and tackle the MMO market again so soon though.

Why do people think it is a new game or game that has been renamed? FFXIII-3 would definitely mean the game is the third part of FFXIII, making it a trilogy. It just doesn't make sense that it would be totally new game. I think that FFXIII-2 probably ends in a way that it needs a sequel.
