I hope it controls exactly like it does in the Halo games, that'd be amazingly fun! I think I might pick up Forza 4. haven't owned a racing game since Forza 2 I don't think.

Well that sucks. Who cares if it's not fast enough to compete, or handles unrealistically? They could stick it in whatever modes aren't ranked or competitive or whatever, some kind of "free race" mode that's just for fun.
