So, its only taken me nearly 8 years, but I finally hit 1000.
First of all, I want to say thanks to the people behind PALGN for giving us PAL gamers somewhere to chat and have fun.
I first came here when the IGN boards went insider only, and made the move just after PALGN was started (I was fonz86 there, in case anyone cares/remembers). I used to browse frequently, and lurk like there was no tomorrow. In 2008, I decided to start posting again.
By this rate, i'll hit 2000 sometime in 2019.
Whilst there are some things I disagree with (the closing of the GE), I still love this place, and the people.
However, my one main regret is that I haven't gotten to know many of you on a more personal level. In fact, i'm sure heaps of you will look at this and wonder who the hell I am. That's why I want private messages from you! I want to get to know more people from here, and get people to know me!
Now, i'm not one for shout outs, because my friends on here know i'm thinking of them. However, one person more than rates a mention.

Spacebreak, you have been a rock to me. You're an amazing friend, and you are one of the reasons I still come here. In 2008, I started talking to you when you made your 1000th post on the game exchange. I got a copy of Simpsons Hit & Run on Gamecube from your giveaway. That led us to exchange PMs, and in my opinion, become great friends. Knowing you're there to listen to me talk shit, and when I need to rant is a huge comfort to me. And your random parcels in the mail are epic beyond words XD As you're well aware i've been feeling pretty rat shit lately, and dealing with health problems and shit, but you've cheered me up so many times, and for that I am eternally grateful, and am so privileged to call you a true friend. Thanks mate

FRASIEY  Congrats man! I remember when you had like 600 posts, and I saw a few months later and you had like 620 posts, good times hahahaa
And I hope no-one pays attention to all the times we've thanked each other for sending **** to each other...they might think something is going on 
And I must thank-you for introducing me to Eternal Sonata, Frasier and Morrowind. Infact I feel like playing/watching all 3 at the moment Oh and Metroid Prime 2 was so friggen awesome!
Lol seriously don't know why I feel like posting funny links XD Though yeah thanks for being such a great friend man, hope life treats you better soon, especially when you get to go Bali

I joined around the same time as you, have been a writer on this site and I feel EXACTLY the same way.
