I really want to hate on this cause a disc release for a fucking update in a game that should have been designed with hooks for this kind of update as DLC is absolute bullshit.
But fuck me that character list and alt costumes.
Wonder how much stuff is saved on the disc allready that we'll have to pay to unlock?

I'm interested to see how Phoenix Wright will play. That will be interesting. I don't think I'll buy this, though, I'll stick with Vanilla. I only play rarely, anyway. It will be fun watching the pros go at it with new characters, though.

Man, there's so much salt over the new roster(specifically Phoenix Wright,rocket racoon and the lack of a Megaman). I can see the megaman rage(what with MML3 being killed) but it's still so damn hilarious.
Am i like the only one who'd rather see brand new characters that have never been in a Versus series or something? Even though they would be tweaked to fit the new system, i would rather like to see new characters than returning ones....hell, MvC3 has gotten me slightly intrigued about deadpool and taskmaster(i'm not much of a comic book fan, only know the general marvel stuff).
Anyway, i still think this is way too soon. It hasn't even been a year since it released....and it comes out in november  . Also, hopefully DLC carries over(Looks like it, Jill/Shuma aren't on the character select screen by default looking at screenshots). Although just because of Phoenix Wright(Because it's absurd to put him in the game), i'll probably pick this up at launch even though i was hoping this would be a DLC release......but GOD DAMN THE HUD LOOKS UGLY. also the "ink blot" filter layer they seemed to have put on top makes the game look terrible in my opinion. it just doesn't work.

I know some people are happy but I'm bitterly dissapointed with the cast inclusions. I'm not even sure I'll bother getting this.

wait people are pissed off that Rocket is in it?
FUCK THOSE PEOPLE!
He is seriously one of the best parts of the marvel comics right now.
I doubt I'll buy though if only because in 6 months we'll see super ultimate MVC 3 with 6 more characters.

Phoenix Wright is actually one of the characters both many fans and the majority of the Capcom staff wanted to be included. The staff actually wanted him to be in TvC, but graphic difficulties between Japanese and English versions made it too difficult. I guess they ironed out the issues this time around.
