Pandora's Tower looks intriguing. Definitely on my radar as are the other two games coming out here. The Wii actually has a fairly decent JRPG library now. I need to find time to play Sakura Wars, Fragile Dreams, Muramasa, Rune Factory Frontier and Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn.

I wouldn't worry too much about Fragile Dreams or Radiant Dawn, I found them both very disappointing. Sakura Wars is a gem though. Muramasa is one I'm hoping to pick up soon! _________________

I believe Muramasa is pretty cheap at JB, around $20-30 I think.

I played about the first 5 hours of Radiant Dawn. I didn't find it that disappointing. If I remember correctly I didn't like how the game was paced with certain characters only being in certain chapters. Also the difficulty was a bit high, I mean Path of Radiance wasn't an easy game and they seemed to have made it even harder in Radiant Dawn.

Yes, it is quite harder, I just didn't like the finale I guess. Never felt inclined to replay it. _________________

Yes play Muramasa! If only for the soundtrack =P
Anyway I'm a cheap RPG Gamer I just bought $6 worth of Agarest power up packs on the PSN sale. Gave me a crapload of cash. Not going to grind that game but I heard you import clear data to Agarest Zero. _________________

I found Radiant Dawn to be quite good and loved the challenge (even easy mode had some rough spots), however I really hated how the support system changed. It also took for ever to figure out how "coins" worked in forge. It was an enjoyable game but pales compared too Path of Radiance.
*For some reason I really want to play them again, even though I recently beat them around 3-4 months ago.
Also Hurrah SMT: Devil Summoner is finished, very strong narrative, starts off really slowly but after that you feel like you're woven into the story. The combat started to grate on me at the end (Repulse water yay ), basically it felt like Kingdom Hearts 1, which is do able but outdated. Seems the sequel has fixed that, while I'm at it using demons is a big help. Bosses were quite hard especially the later ones, where I was like die already!
Devil fusion was awesome fun, Jack Frost with maragi sure why not.
Still the best part of the game was the characters, who are really interesting with plenty of twist. The end area is amazing and really sets up the final boss, as well as providing a fair dose of information on SMT.
Strive for your dreams and remember there is hope, at least that's what a dog told me by mind reading (in game).

Out of interest, what didn't you like about Fragile Dreams, I mean sure it had some problems like the gameplay and the combat but on the other hand some of the things done in that game were amazing like the music, the atmosphere and certain cutscenes.

Tell me about it. No matter how many times I hear it I still love this song.

I also found Radiant Dawn to be disappointing. I am contrasting them to the GBA fire emblems which were far and away the best srpg i have ever played.
I'll also throw in another vote for Masamura. Best wii game out there.

I still need to see the third endings for Muramasa... hell I can't remember which places left I should grind at but I'm not even high enough level to use the best swords even though I've made them all. _________________

I should probably restart muramasa - I've totally forgotten the story and I've only finished Momohime's side. Any tips from you guys about managing backlogs?
But I think I should finish FFXIII first - currently up to Ch. 10 in that... _________________

I'm about 40ish hours into Mass Effect 2.....Wow its amazing. Shame the PS3 version is so glitchy, it has froze twice, one time as I was about to beat a hard mission, very frustrating!
If you haven't got it and have no 360/PC, the PS3 is 30 bucks and includes ALL dlc except Arrival. Bargain! _________________

You answered the question for me.

I found those problems to be quite serious, plus the ending sucked. _________________

Just got my Atelier Series artbook. I wasn't expecting it to be quite this big and have this many pages.

Character creation in WKC2 is overwhelming me!! I need some good looking templates to work with.
How do I get the DLC hairstyles? There's no WKC2 DLC on the store when I looked.
Edit: Here's what I've come up with so far. Might do a bit more tweaking.

she's going to look badass with the general armour set. I'd say go with it, you get a second chance to change your avatar for free when you finish WKC1 and import into WKC2. Not sure about the height though, she might end up being taller than Leonard since Japanese men are small but i think it's the same height as my avatar so should be fine =p it's a good look though, can't go wrong with WKC character creation.
My min keyboard arrived today. Useless at night since I can't see the keys =p anyway i have a crapload of quests to do now, where are you neo and ad =p I'll leave the low lvl ones I haven't done yet for when Pagan gets on geonet. _________________

That is looking really really nice Pagan
I often spend a lot of time making avatars and names... I'm still on the fence on WKC2. I like it but I can't afford it now.
Oh if you read this admeister, now that Games Exchange is gone, are you still planning to off-load your NTSC Neptunia? _________________ 「貧乳はステータスだ!希少価値だ!」 - 泉 こなた

Thanks guys. I kind of wanted to make her shorter but then I'd have to adjust head size and I didn't want to mess with that. It's funny they included a "proportion" slider.
Can I play with you Oropher if I'm in the first game or do I have to be playing the second game? I'll try to cruise through the first game quickly and that will familiarize myself with the battle mechanics and everything. At the moment I'm completely clueless, I don't even know how to access Geonet yet.

Shin Megami Tensei Strange Journey now only $16.83 at play-asia
It's a limited offer. If any of you do not own this game yet, I cant stress enough how brilliant a deal this is. One of the best handheld RPGs ever created, a mature and engaging aventure thhat is pretty much one of the jewels of the DS.

Everyone go get it if you own a DS. I'm even tempted to pick up a second copy. It's an Atlus game so it could become hard to find down the track.
