Can I get some shots of the Light House with the IF in view?
I finished putting together the Falcon tonight. Love it
I kinda think the Light House would go well with my ships, and I need some photographic proof to convince my girlfriend to buy it. I sure as hell cant, lego has sent me broke!
EDIT:
Just another day chillin' on the IF fishing:
Curse those bloody surfers, let's blow them away!
The captain of the ship! But where is his daughter?
What are these guys seeing behind the door?
And this fella? What on earth could be going on in there?
Oh....
You're welcome to check out the pics I took from the Art of the Brick exhibition in Melbourne. It was pathetic and a waste of money but oh well

i once went to a garage sale where some guy had pretty much every lego set from the 90s
all the aztec/mayan type sets
aquanaughts
cowboy
star wars
pirates including several pirate sets
all set up and all for sale… i wanted it so badly… it was thousands of dollars worth and he was selling the lot for about $700. could have been a decent investment. _________________ my video game collecting blog: http://keith.nallawalla.com/

If only i could have gone to the same garage sale - you'll never get that opportunity again.

Love is a big Lego heart...
No idea how many pieces I've used as it was put together on the fly.
Designed it in Lego Digital Designer though, first actual design that hasn't been a gaming sprite.
The big heart represents me, while the little heart is to represent my girl. Showing that she is in my heart.
I'm sweet aren't I? _________________

My Custom made Viking Longship - really just combined the same set #7018 and tweaked a bit to make it work. I LOVE IT!
Uploaded with ImageShack.us
Its about 80cm long, roughly 1200 pieces

There's more LEGO at Wildlife World as well. Probably more in there than in the Aquarium. _________________

Last week I wanted to buy dominos, now I want to get LEGO. I use to have a whole bunch myself, but my adoptive mom made me give it to some of my younger cousins, saying I was too old for toys. I ended up buying a whole bunch when I left home, just for kicks.
Never too old for toys!

Hmmmm, I will have to try and stay away then, not that I know anything about drug addiction.
I can see where it would all add up though, they make so many cool sets. I really like the underwater series they made 5 years ago.
I use to have the whole pirate series when I was like 8. My sister bought it for me one year for Christmas, cost her $200, which was a lot for a 17 year old working at a comic book shop.
I am sort of sad now that I didn't fight more when they got packed and shipped away.

Away? Oh god where?
Don't tell me you have some of those awful parents who send their children's old toys away to kids in Africa when they're not looking.
That's like cheating on your own kids. _________________

| Lego minifigs headed for Jupiter wrote: |
This Friday, NASA will launch an Atlas V rocket that will be contain a very special payload. Not only will the rocket be carrying Juno, a space probe that is being sent to Jupiter to study the fifth planet from the Sun, but there will be a few unique stowaways. Thanks to a joint mission between NASA and Lego, there will be three very special Lego minifigs affixed to the spacecraft.
The figures, milled from aluminum, will accompany Juno on its five-year trip to Jupiter. When Juno arrives in 2016, the Lego likeness of the Roman god, Jupiter, his sister, Juno, and the Italian astronomer, Galileo, will be there to take in all the sights and bask in the immensity of the largest planet. |
How awesome is that? =) _________________
