This infuriates me: How Citigroup hackers broke in 'through the front door' using bank's website. Basically once you're logged in you could change your account number in the URL bar to anyone else's account number. Citi: 1995 called and wants its secure web code back.

And this is just plain old sad: Terry Pratchett initiates assisted suicide process although it might be better worded as "contemplates". Sir Terry, a world-famous (and my all time favourite) author, has Alzheimer's disease. He's making a film about assisted suicide and campaign to legalize it in the UK. He reportedly hasn't signed the forms yet.

I mean, I'm studying web design at the moment, and the first thing we learned on the very first day was "don't put security-critical tokens in your URL because Very Bad Things will happen if you do."
