Just realized dvd.co.uk are selling Little Big Planet 2 for approximately $34 shipped (22.22 pounds).
Once you've added the game to your cart and entered your shipping details etc, the local VAT tax will be removed and it will come up with that price. Bargain! =]

Nah man, sorry. It started from June the 1st, not from the time you sign up because otherwise people would sign up way later. My mate works with Foxtel and he advised me to sign up as early as I could to fully reap the benefits. It will end on the 1st of July and they will charge from that point onwards.
Still not too late to score your free month of Foxtel and 1 Month Gold, though. _________________

do they charge when you pre order? or on shipment? |
I believe they take a $10 deposit. If you change your mind and want to cancel, they still keep your $10.

Yeah, all my JB Hi-Fi orders were cancelled as well. Wasted my time.
I had a few quantities of these on order:
Avatar Collectors (360)
Star Ocean LCE (360)
Battlefield Bad Company 2 Limited Edition (360)
I wasn't even being greedy, a max of 3 copies each. Grrr.
In other news, I'm surprised my PokePark games have turned up from Fishpond. Cheapest price for that game ever.

Damn it! I didn't realise that the daily deals at BigW were online only! I went down there today to get Red Faction, and ended up walking out empty handed. The online store is already sold out of both versions. I can't believe I missed that! *bangs head against wall*
Edit: Scratch that, bad luck turned into good luck! On a whim, I decided to have a go and see if the EB store in the same shopping centre would match BigW's price, and they did! I showed them BigW's daily deals page on my iPhone, zoomed in to show the price for the game. The guy at the counter took my phone for a moment, looked at the site for a few seconds, and said ok. I can't believe that actually worked! _________________

I wouldn't worry too much. It'll be down to $30 in two weeks time.
