wow. With all the time they've spent developing this I was expecting something similar to HD Remix. Not just a filter over the existing sprites (Though they are still fucking gorgeous sprites)

I think most of the budge went to getting the online perfect with this title. TBH, I'm not that keen on it. I'll buy it to support SF games but I probably won't play this over SFIV.

Doing a HD remix to 3rd Strike would have taken forever...I can't wait to play this, easily the best SF to date.

Well it seemed like it was taking forever 
If they outsourced to Udon again yeah it would take forever cause they're not animators, if they outsourced to someone like Stuido 4degrees though it would have been possible and looked amazing.
Still gonna get it cause I missed out on ever really playing SF3.

Youtube linkage is pretty cool though. Gets rid of the issues with multi-platform replays. I was 4 used some from of that system.

Yeah it sounds pretty rad, wonder how it works though, would you be able to put em in on your youtube account or will there be like a central capcom affiliated street fighter 3 youtube channel.
Also hope it uploads at decent quality. Would suck if we're stuck with shitty res uploads to save space.

Should be today. Live content isn't always bound to release days. Be pretty strange of Capcom to say the 7th and then release it on the 8th.

I agree. The one that was the most technical and required far more skill than any other SF game. I loved the parry system.

Normally we get the udpates around 7-9 pm. I expect it to hit then onto Marketplace.

Paid content is 650 off meg. The 'free' add on pack (upgrade replay channel basically) is 200 meg.

Really liking Oni. I think I'll be putting some time into him.
I did fight an awesome Yang. Yep, he is going to be a pain in the arse. (I haven't played the arcade more then twice).
Don't mind Bison's new utlra 2 input as well. I naturally used it.
The game does feel different though. I can't put my finger on it. It just feels *tighter*.

Downloaded it, tried to run it and when it checks for downloaded content in the game when the main menu pops up... i get a corrupted data message  . I downloaded the 200mb update first, before the AE content update, outside of the game through the marketplace links. Going to try it while having the game loaded AND in reverse order, one at a time (finish downloading, exit game, start game again, to see if i get the corrupted data message again).
I have a feeling that it might be because i am playing the digital / Games on Demand version of the game, if i test it through the disc version and it works... i'll be a bit annoyed (as i had purchased the SSFIV through Games on Demand with the intention of ditching the game disc).
