Steams Daily Deal is for the complete Tales of Monkey Island for $11.90 USD, well worth it. As a big fan of the originals (not so much 4) I can tell you these games really live up to the Monkey Island name.

Big W has some games for $15 each (360, PS3) some more titles in store. The ones I remember are.
Lost Planet 2 360 PS3
Darksiders 360 Ps3,
Split Velocity 360
Terminator Salvation 360
Red Faction Guerrilla 360
JB Hi Fi clearance table (New). Could be nationwide. A few more were in store.
X Men Origins Wolverine Game for $10 360

Zavvi having a massive sale. Some of the highlights include Demon's Souls for ~£15, the PoP HD trilogy for ~£13, MVC3 for ~£18, Fallout 3 GOTY for ~£15. Battlefield 3 Limited edition is £37.85 on pre-order. There's also a 2 for £25 list. Check it out if you're into importing.

Its $29 each or $40 for both, so might as well get another game for $11 more!!!.
There are more tittles in stores than pictured on their webpage...gears of war 2 GOTY is part of the sale aswell.. Otherwise if you have no tried Blur before its a fantastic 4 player split screen racing tittle!!

Go to the Foxtel Australian website and sign up for the free one month deal. Also choose the channel packages you want; all are free till the end of June.
Provide relevant Visa or Mastercard details and make sure you have at least $10 in your account (they check if its a true account and they do this by initially charging 10 then returning it when they have confirmed).
Sign in with your account you made on the Foxtel website through the Foxtel application in the Xbox 360 Dashboard.
Then you get access to Foxtel channels. A separate email will be emailed to get your code for free 1 month Gold (which I got).

Personally I just chose all of them because, hey, why not right? I kind of only signed up for the 1 Month Gold and for my girlfriend as my room is separate from the main house and does not have access to cable. All are free, so I suggest if you can't make up your mind, choose them all!
Be aware that downloading Movies on Demand will incur fees, however. That's the only exception I believe.
