Any Aus stores to get the collectors edition from or know if fishpond will send the Aus version or Europe version out? (As I don't want the Europe version).

Jb has it on their site now... Says it is only available online, 2 per a customer.

The items I have gotten from Fishpond have been Au versions with NZ rating sticker ontop. Simply remove the NZ sticker and you are left with the AU version.

I believe they acquire everything from their NZ warehouse.

Ok cool thanks I ordered it. figure worst case scenario I can always sell the game and then buy the aus version if it really bothers me (hope it doesn't though). Also does anyone know when they charge you for the game as they didn't charge me yet?

Is the only difference between the Collector's Edition and Augmented Edition the figurine? If so, I'll just keep my Augmented preorder, $40-$50 (at a store) for a figurine is a bit much.

Yeah that's an expensive figurine. Looking at thehut.com it's 65 GBP extra for collectors' over augmented - $100 difference. Ouch!

Augmented is only $55 for PC there though icon_wink.gif

I preordered the Deus Ex 3: Human Revolution (Augmented Edition) [XBox 360] for like $64 dollars with this code VCOD330ZAV from zavvi. It took 3 pounds off so yeah i am pretty happy with that.

Thats exactly right, I think the Augmented edition is a better deal from Zavvi/Hut. Its also got the artbook which I think is good enough. The collectors edition with the figure is kinda for serious collectors only, although I still think the fishpond price is great considering what we get charged by ebgames for collector editions of most games.

EDIT: The fishpond prices have now been upped by about $60 lol!!

Stupid question but if I ordered when it was $119 they won't charge me the new expensive price will they?

They should honour the price you placed your order at, so you should be good for the $119.

I wound up picking up the Augmented Edition because the Collector's Edition is way over priced; £52 extra for a Play Arts Kai and a numbered box? No thanks, not when I can import the figure for less than £30.

If I had the choice, I'd accept augmentation. The life-long drugs to stop your body rejecting it would be a deal breaker though. At least until some real body parts wear out.

Anyone says they don't like it? They get a robotic backhander =P

Aug. Ed. UK imports are about $70 for the consoles, or under $60 for PC. That's from SendIt or TheHut. Even better if you can get a voucher.
