Detailed photo's of the Hero Edition. The bag looks quite a bit bigger then i though it was going to be.
There is also a new trailer, with talk of 'the beast'. It's coming apparently.

so I realised that the CC details JBhifi has for that ultra cheap nfamous hero edition is probably the same card that is now unusable because of the PSN fiasco - tried to change CC details but there's no way to do so online via their website. Sent them an email... don't know how we're going to update the CC details with their data entry system and I'm not going to re-order it now at an extra $70.
They haven't gotten back to me but here's hoping.

Just finished the demo....Did it end kinda abrupt for anything else? I didn't even finish the last mission.
It seems pretty cool, but like the first one I dunno if you can judge it on the demo. I hated the first demo, but loved the first game.
Also having just rebeat inFamous about 2 weeks ago, I cannot get used to Cole's new voice just yet D:.

I haven't played inFamous. (yet  )
I've only played the inFamous demo and obviously the 2nd demo.
And I can see alot of improvement which is great! I wasn't even going to give this the light of day and now I'm definitely going to get it. 
I like Cole's new voice, he doesn't sound like Christan Bale as Batman.
Cole is faster, stronger and overall better from what I can tell comparing the 1st demo to the 2nd.
And he has overcome his weakness.

Me Either. I get the feeling i won't get it before the long weekend now. If they email tomorrow to get the corrected card details, won't be processed or sent out till thursday, be lucky for it to arrive by friday.

Finally playing through the first game now, thanks in no small part to the PSN outage rebate program. I'm enjoying it so far, though I can see the massive improvements in character animation in the previews for I2. I might wait until I finish first before picking this one up.

Definitely get through the first game before playing the second. The story continues on in the sequel! I think that's part of the reason that Sony are giving the game away for free.
Anyway, I'll be grabbing inFamous 2 on Thursday, can't wait!

Yeah, you get bonuses in the second depending on how much you completed in the first. Kinda like Mass Effect ... but not ... maybe.

I finsihed the first and and saw that you can you the save from the first towards the 2nd game only to realise my save was on my 60gb ps3 that yellow lighted a few months back. Does anyone know what advantage there is to using your completed save from the first game? I dont want to have to replay the first again before I play the sequel.
