I was thinking the same thing, i know 360 is generally better at multi platform games but that looks terrible i really doubt its like that.
Looks like someone just added the gamertag thing to the 360 one and messed up the apparent ps3 version to make it look ****. |

There is also a screen shot comparison floating around the net showing the PS3 version to be the better looking of the two.

The PS3 image looks sharper... but this comparison could be fake as well.
Either way, pre-ordered the PS3 version myself. Not long to wait now. Hopefully with PSN going back up all around the world in the next few days, the Rockstar Social Club integration is working. Enjoyed messing around with that in Red Dead Redemption.
Really don't care about my pre-order bonus from GAME. It's only a suit, can fix it all up when the PS Store is working/when codes are accepted. Went with GAME because it was $82.
Hopefully the week goes by very quickly.

I think Rockstar have had enough exp with both platforms to make them both equally awesome.

The games actually made my Team Bondi, an Australian company that is based next to my college in Ultimo
However Rockstar are the publishers so they've been monitoring them and whipping them in line for the last 5+ years so that its up to the 'Rockstar Quality'. So yes im sure that each platform will be quite equal in quality 
I really hope this game is great, so it can reinvigorate the Australian game industry again and build on what Bioshock did for us.

I'm abit torn as to which version to get. Ever since the whole Geohot/PSN down thing I've commited myself to support Sony less, but I've got to decide between the convenience of having a single blu-ray disc vs 3 DVDs.
There is also the issue of graphics as well, historically multi-platform games always look slightly better on 360.

Although I personally doubt there will be much difference between the two two versions (apart from the amount of discs), I preordered this on PS3 for 2 main reasons:
1) PS3 was the lead platform for this game.
2) Team Bondi was founded by former members of Sony's Team Soho Studio (one of their internal studios) and was originally slated for release as a PS3 exclusive.
So I think if there is an edge to be had, the PS3 version might just have it.
But more than anything, though, I really don't fancy having to use all those discs.

Also according to JB. Unusual to release a game on Friday, anyway. Hoping I get a message on Wednesday afternoon telling me to come pick it up. Says $78 on the JB site, not sure if that is just the online price or if is also counts for preorders.

Yeah, I thought it was strange to release this on a Friday. Can't wait for Thursday now and am glad PSN is back up.

Oh crap, I totally forgot about pre-ording this.
I just read the eurogamer review. It sounds like most of my gameplay worries are soothed, although the linear storyline (while perfectly understandable), is a bit of a shame. I was hoping for some kind of consequence if you did a poor job.

So price matching and EB seems to be proving to be a terribly horrible experience... they won't give the DLC content that comes with the Pre-Order when price matching.
So when Price Matching the $30 saving to JB Hifi they won't give you the downloadable case and the film negative stuff... I want that stuff, it upsets me dammit, but I don't want to pay $30 for that stuff either :/

This looks like a very interesting game, Rockstar have failed to disappoint in innovation so far. I might pick Noire up if I get through the monster narrative that is Tales of Vesperia.

I definitely want this game now... I'm in the mood for narratives with depth and substance. Vesperia is spoiling me but Noire just looks so damn tempting... man I hate uni, otherwise I'd have the money easy.
