during checkout it talks about paying extra/postage if you opt for gift wrapping but as long as you don't click them it shows the postage as 0.00.
I've ordered stuff last month and a couple days ago, all with no shipping being applied

My last purchase at thehut was 01/05/11 and didn't have to pay shipping then. However, tonight was surprised that the shipping charge is back so cancelled my order for Fallout 3 GOTY and SSF IV on 360.

I know its not really the place but while we're talking zavvi and the hut free shipping and not bargain as such - are their blu-rays fakes? I've ordered a few at once and they look fake - good quality fakes - and their pic quality wasn't up to blu ray scratch.

um think I saw spiderman trilogy for like 19 bucks in JB's catolouge. May have been seeing things, but that is pretty cheap right? Do not buy much blue rays but thought they were pretty expensive still

I've ordered a few from there, too - they've all been actual copies and all sealed.

Only bought games from them before and they are all legit and perfect UK retail copies

Tomorrows game will be The Michael Jackson Experience - Collectors Edition
I will be very keen to see what price it gets, as i purchased the game prior to easter  , if only i knew that this sale was coming up i may have held off  .
I got the game for less than RRP, but still if it is under $90 (or even $80) through this Big W promotion, i will be spitting chips!!

You could have gotten it for a touch cheaper when they had the 20% off sale.
But $20 appears to be going price. Don't pay more for it

Ahh well, win some, lose some.... still a great game  .
If you have Kinect, it's worth picking up - contains a wireless microphone (used in the LIPS series.... now i have 3), lyric book and a t-shirt. Also has a code for a bonus song.
$58 is pretty good, considering the rrp was $129.95 (i paid a tiny bit less than that.... i was still happy though).
As mentioned before, the standard version (ie: game on it's own) is $69 - $79 at most shops.

I bought mine from Harvey Norman late last year. They only had one in stock. But i'd suggest a store like Harvey's or Dick Smith.

I don't suppose it could be to do with the URL you use - .com or .co.uk? I use .com normally. Or shipping is on one of zavvi and the hut but not the other?

I always use .com for zavvi/thehut. They must have read us whinging on this forum about the shipping charge.

On the Zavvi shipping thing... I just ordered Fallout 3 GOTY and Ghost Trick off there. No shipping charge, and ~$60 for both. Happy!
EDIT: I wish they'd show you their conversion rates somewhere, though.
