^^That's great news, though I didn't really think it was in any danger, none of the previews indicated it was any worse than the original.
This is the first time I've preordered something through EB, but I just received this e-mail.

I can't say. I don't pre-order online with EB. I've got a collector's edition coming from the UK =)
It's still not back up on Steam yet, but now it's got a rating I guess it'll be back soon.

Thats awesome.
Im playing through Fallout New Vegas atm and just did a line of side quests for a woman who wouldnt sleep with me until I had completed these quests. I did so and she told me to follow her to her room, where she slipped into some sleepwear and made sex sounds whilst the screen went black.
Pretty much the same thing? OFLC ftw!

Benc, Witcher 2 might be a little more graphic about it (are there still the sex cards?). That would have some impact on the decision.

From what I can tell based on a search of the Classification database, the Classification Board only ever reviewed Witcher 2 once, and awarded it an MA rating. This suggests that the game was cut before submission, and that the Classification Board never got the chance to review an uncut version and make a decision on whether or not the sex was justified.

The cut is fine, especially considering that the sex-craze Geralt has isn't really something he does in the books anyway. As long as it doesn't affect the storyline and its progression in any way whatsoever, I'm a happy mega fan.
Less than 2 weeks to go! Have a whole week of annual booked in for it

Yeah, I pre-ordered on GoG last night for $45USD, then saw this article on GON, stating that anyone who has preordered before 1am today, will get it at the $45USD price, and not the jacked one.
Publisher's fault, they are enforcing the price hike for anti-competition bulls*** but GoG are offering $26 in store credit as a "Fair price package" to affected Australian customers.

Been playing through the first one (30hrs in still in Chapter III...) and was thinking about ordering now, but looks like since the price has been hiked, I will just wait a bit longer or pick up from gog.

When did you hear the retail version is uncut? I swear I read that the retail, gog and steam versions are cut for thisgame. Anyway, being single player and DRM free wouldnt it be a simple matter of patching the install? Surely someone will suss it out. (preordered on GOG but will go retail if its uncut).
