Actually when I read his posts I channel the voice of Mordin from Mass Effect 2.
I didn't played the demo but the game itself has impressed me and met my expectations so far. It's a shame this got banned as I feel it's the best MK to date. It's a game that MK fans should (be allowed to) get, even fighting game fans who didn't really get into MK before should check it out. I was so pumped when I first found out it was going back to 2D. I played Deadly Alliance and Deception trying to like them but they just didn't win me over. This reboot is definitely what the franchise needed, MK is relevant again. It's the game fans wanted, it is also a great entry point into the series for newbies.
I've played a bit of story mode and so far it's pretty good. Sure it has cheesy dialogue every now and then but it's far more entertaining and engaging than the Konquest modes in recent games. _________________

Woo, my copy arrived today from 365games.co.uk. Very fast delivery, and through customs without a hitch.
I haven't heard of one copy being seized as yet.

I don't know why everyone ahs got their fear on about MK being seized on import. None of the places that I've ordered games/similar through have identified the name of the product(s) in the parcel, just what vague category that it/they belong to.
Customs might start looking at a few more parcels marked 'Video Games', but the chances of your copy of Mk being seized are still pretty damned low I'd reckon. _________________

Yes, but my point was that there's no way for customs agents to tell what game is inside without opening the sucker up, and with the vast amount of games coming in through the mail every day the chances of them finding one (even if they hold and check more random parcels) is still pretty slim. You'd have to be pretty unlucky to get caught out. _________________

You know i said from day 1 that was more of a fear thing then real thing.... There was no way they would hire more customs officers just for one game. Tho i do not want to jinx it since i am still waiting for my order to ship from a place... arghhh _________________

Quick heads up for all x360 players if any…
If you try to redeem your code to play online, it won’t accept it and comes up invalid.
The only way to get it to accept and download is to go onto an xbox live account that’s not in our region.  I used my dummy UK account. Once you're in another region put the code in and it works perfectly.
After it’s downloaded, you can jump back into your normal live account and play online without having the 2 day trial timer.
It’s a bit of an inconvenience, but thankfully it doesn’t register the gamertag and the game only needs the file on the console regardless of what gamertag your signed in with.
The only fault I have with the game so far is that the krypt design is EFFIN AWWFUL… everything else is awesome, especially the over the top
brutality
Thankfully online plays okay, few lagspikes here and there but overall it's pretty stable so far.. _________________ XBL - myzz

My recent paypal transfer has cleared, thus i am ready to order MK online, just not sure where the best place to order is . Ideally i will be ordering both versions from the UK.

I always check this site www.gamecafe.com.au . It gives you pricing for all the games offered by online stores zaavi, thehut, dvd co uk, etc. Good site. _________________ Play-Asia Affiliate Link For Gaming Bargain

How hard is it to get Mortal Kombat through customs?
Apparently not too hard.
