GAME: Dead Rising 2 (360) = $43

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood was $30 something so I held onto it. I don't remember the exact value, $30-$39.

according to the new eb catalogue they are doing the higher trade back price promotions for both bulletstorm and killzone 3 when they are released... I think it's $82 if you trade by the 2nd of March. Here is the link anyway.

They certainly are. Trade either Bulletstorm or Killzone 3 in before these dates and get:

2nd March - $82
9th March - $70
16 March - $60

They really screwed up some of those names, especially under DS games! I wonder if there's anything on DS I could trade my "Pokemon Mystery Dungeon" towards icon_razz.gif I regret not getting Style Boutique when I saw it for $10, now...

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it but EB has an extra 30% credit at the moment if you trade towards preowned games so technically if you're looking at trading in dragon age 2 at the moment you can get $90 towards something until the 23rd, more if you have an edge card.

Any idea what GAME and EB will give for a Xbox 360 Pro white console (old design) with 120gb HDD but WITHOUT a controller? Assuming you can trade in a console w/o a controller...

Checked with my EB re Xbox 360 trade in and they said $25 for the core console and $40 for the 120gb HD = $65 total. And they also said that you must include a controller too icon_confused.gif

GAME states $140 for the 120gb console HERE, but the fine print also states you must include a controller.

Anyhow, decided to find out how trade in values credit work. How long does it stay in GAME/JB Hifi/EB's systems. I'm was posting in the CAFE thread and well, I have not touched the wii in well over a year. Thought I'd trade it in and hold onto the credit and put it towards something or another.

If you don't spend the credit straight away they'll put it on a gift card and you have until that expires to use it (a year for JB, unlimited for EB, don't know about GAME). In NSW the law says they can't do that, though, I think.

GAME have always told me they cannot put trade credit towards a gift card/voucher, so i usually put it on a pre-order. Or just use the credit to get MS Points which you could then easily sell off at the same value here.
