Sweet!!
I thought I had missed it which made me a sad panda.
Although it was looking a bit sketchy there as I had registered alot of my games exactly a year ago and was 450 stars short.
Luckily found a few purchases I had made since then which got me over the line.
This is what I have been saving my stars for, every other item is the catalogue is trivial compared to the classic controller. _________________ Games for Sale

Just ordered mine - I was indeed under the mark from spending on that shirt, but my friend was kind enough to give me his 3DS code (I'm planning to import so won't get one), which brought me up to exactly 3000 points _________________

I ended up spending half of my points on the Mario Japanese folding fan a few weeks ago. It looks pretty cool but just another collector's item that will sit on my shelf, they really need better prizes. _________________

Has anyone tried to access Club Nintendo today or yesterday? I keep getting a "site is undergoing maintenance" message. _________________ RIP Buddha 19/10/1952 - 03/01/2004

Yeah, seems to be down... you know what this means?
Hackers!
Even though I'm joking, it won't surprise me.

"Over the weekend, Nintendo said it had detected a "possible phishing threat" and duly shut down its European website and that of its reward programme Club Nintendo. While the official site is now back online, Club Nintendo remains offline for maintenance."
I read about it a couple of days ago, I think, on Kotaku.
Here's the website with the above quote. _________________

I'd say both regions are getting screwed when compared to the Japanese Club Nintendo.

Club Nintendo UK is separate from it's PAL cousins and it's even better than the Japanese Store.
I want that Link + Epona gold statue. And it has both the Galaxy Soundtracks and a multitude of bags, carry cases and other cool stuff.
And you can buy Nintendo Points! So they reward you for buying games by letting you buy more games!

Wow, the UK store is awesome. The Super Mario Characters Figurine looks really good. They have a reproduction Game & Watch too. _________________

Would it make you feel better to know that I used my points in May to get a SNES controller? _________________

Annoyed I didn't have enough points at the time to get it.
Now have plenty of points, and got the Zelda posters and Kirby pouch delivered.
Unfortunately, minor damage to the corners of the Zelda posters since it looks like the posters were flung around a bit inside the shipping carton

That sucks, Mine where shipping in a cardboard cylinder, so there where no corner damages. Actually I was kinda surprised with how quickly and in good shape they got here. I should have ordered that kirby pouch, too, but I have to do those damned surveys. _________________ "If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you."

Was actually in the cardboard cylinder (couldn't think of the exact naming of it), but was some looseness in that the height of the cylinder was about 15cm too high.
Looking at the amount of points I've now stocked up on, I would almost consider myself in an addiction phase, hopefully there's more goodies to come that will justify my hoarding of games.

Received my Game and Watch Collection 2 for the DS from Nintendo Australia today by Registered Post.
Anyone else get theirs too if you ordered one? _________________ Your student has become my teacher.
