the double down isn't very big, an Angus or Quarter Pounder have HEAPS more fat in them.

Can imagine so if the diet is of a low-carb variety, which is a lot of diet these days (Well, I assume that what Weight Watchers is following).

I went on a fast food drought for so long seeing any picture of fast food burger/chicken makes me a bit sick, like the double downs :S

Edit - O.O at the sodium, 1681 or 2058mg

That thing looks truly disgusting. I knew there was a good reason I don't eat KFC, Red Rooster, Maccas, Hungry Jack's etc.

Still, I guess Subway isn't much better. Should stop eating that, too. But what's left? I don't like Sushi, and most other asian fast food is usually expensive (at least around here). Eh, whatever.
Yeah, I have the same problem. Except I sometimes eat sushi but most of the time I buy sandwiches. Subway never fills me for some reason, leaving me hungry at 3.30pm and having to walk around the city for food.

I've noticed that with Subway too, I think it is something about the bread. I'm not a big guy but I can have a whole sub and an hour later feel like I haven't eaten.

One of those Good to Go things fill me up though.

There's a small switch inside you have to hit with a toothpick or something similar, don't use something metal though.

That might be true, but last I saw the points book when Mum was doing that about 5 years ago, a Whopper was a days points in one burger. Terrible.

Delicious, though.

EDIT: If you have an iPhone, load up Mobile Safari, type 'tilt' into the search bar and hit search.

Anyone play the following? Only found it today.

http://www.tetrisfriends.com/

Competitive tetris. My favourite is the 6 player version, it's already eaten a good portion of my evening...

tetrinet.debian.net was one of the great secrets of the internet back in the day.

Effects reel for the BBC's Wonders of the Earth series.

Probably the greatest sixteen minute video you'll ever watch.

Nice music but greatest sixteen minutes of vide? It's just a bunch of particle effects, without any kind of naration to know what you're looking at it's basically just abstract colour.

You probably missed the part where they went for scientific accuracy over "flashy visual effects". What you see in that video is as realistic as we believe those events to be, based on current science.

Also, if you don't know what you're looking at in that video, then you need to read more books.

There's that arogance I know and love.

The problem wasn't that they wern't flashy enough, the problem is that without any context it's not verry interesting. And not everyone shares an interst in the same subject matter. That doesn't mean they aren't well read it means they read different things.
