Great to see that even though Crysis 2 came out today its priced at most places at $89. Then you still have Black Ops being $90, even though its the highest grossing game in US history. Notice they said highest "grossing"...probably because Activision are greedy bloodsucking leeches with no loyalty to their customers whatsoever.

Black Ops is still expensive because it's the highest grossing game in US history; they can charge what they want for it and still make a killing.

Any idea if there'll be deals on new DS Lites next week with the 3DS out? I'm really wanting one to replace Ol' Faithful, but want to buy new and for not much more than $100 (missed the $50 and $70 clearances a few months ago, sob).

No word just yet, but given that there were only two major new sets of gaming bargains this week, I'm thinking that retailers are going to compensate by everyone bringing new game stuff out, especially with the 3DS out as you mentioned. The trend I've noticed lately is there haven't been a lot of bargains just for Lites themselves, usually you'll find it's with a bundle or just the DSi/DSi XL on its own. I'll try to keep any eye out for you though.

Thanks! Bundles I can handle if I can at least trade in the games for something, but the cheapest Lite alone I've seen has been $149 and tbh that's not much of a clearance price.
