For Ubisoft, put it this way; all of their titles are embargoed until launch day.
Ghost Recon I think will actually be pretty good. _________________

They are under embargo cause they are horrible ports. That's all that needs to be said. _________________ Shin J Leon.

| Quote: | Nintendo Greece outs new content platform, 3DSWare
by Richard Mitchell on Mar 23rd 2011 4:53PM
It would seem that Nintendo Greece has inadvertently confirmed that the 3DS will indeed feature a downloadable game service called 3DSWare. The news comes via Nintendo Greece's website, which displays a logo for 3DSWare amongst the WiiWare and DSiWare logos. Unsurprisingly, the 3DSWare section currently has no titles listed.
Previously, the name '3DSWare' had been trademarked by Nintendo, though it has never been officially mentioned by the company. In fact, earlier this month, Nintendo's senior director of corporate communications, Charlie Scibetta, wouldn't confirm to Joystiq that such a service existed, much less that it had a name. Of course, that hasn't stopped Rovio from announcing yet another port of Angry Birds for it. |

This is true! What appeal can 3 dimensional gaming hold when there is 4 dimensions on offer? Truly these people ordering the Nintendo system are chumps! _________________

I'm even more excited now. Monkey Ball 3D and Ghost Recon are both receiving positive reviews, possibly two more games to consider for thursday.
And I'm surprised Ridge Racer is logging good numbers early too, wasn't expecting much from it to be honest.

Considering he wrote this on Friday, he is getting the UK/EU version, which works on Aus consoles because we are considered the same region. _________________ "If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you."

Wha? Last time I checked, Play-Asia send out U.S versions of games. I have a U.S console on the way from Amazon. _________________

There's also that. I don't use Play-Asia, so I wouldn't know.
I just assumed EU/UK seeing as you posted on Friday.
Sorry about that. _________________ "If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving is not for you."

Fair enough, I can see why you would have thought that. I wouldn't bother getting a UK one, if I wanted a PAL one I'd just grab it here as it's easier. The deals over here ended up being surprisingly good, but I just can't stand missing out on games. _________________

I thought that Australian 3DS's will only play Australian release games? _________________

^ Australia and UK are in the same region, so importing from there will work. _________________

I think I've been confused this whole time.
So games from US/Asian won't work on Australian 3DS's, but I'll still be right to import from the UK?
That isn't as bad as I thought it was. I was under the impression that it was locked to each particular country.. _________________

There are three regions for the 3DS:
Japan / America / Europe & Australia
Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_3DS
This is pretty much standard with all consoles.
So yes, importing from the UK will be fine! _________________
