So it's halfway between Battlefield and Call of Duty? Interesting. I'm not sure it can be as successful as either, but it looks good nonetheless.

It's THQ's most pre-ordered game ever, which is...something. _________________

i preordered ages ago on d2d, 50 dollars. the game (on pc) installs into steam and uses vac security. d2d have already let me download the game files, just need the cd key to install the game, which will be released on wednesday as the game releases on the 15th in the US, which is tuesday, being a day behind well have access to the cd key on the 16th (wednesday).
i just hope theres enough aus pc players to fill some servers, what with Brink releasing on the 31st, and crysis releasing on the 22nd, it has some stiff competition :S but atm, having played the crysis 2 demo, im preferring at least the look of homefront in comparison. just hope theres no terrible bugs on pc like frontlines fow.

I'm sure it'll be a good game, but there's only so many shooters I can play.
I'm busy with Killzone 3 at the moment, and later this year I'll be playing Resistance 3 and Uncharted 3. _________________

I thought Frontline was going to be the new Battlefield back in the day (i'm sure some BF devs worked on it...) but it ended up being rough and sloppy.
Hopefully they've learnt with Homefront. _________________ My YouTube game videos!

nice preview! ive been following this game a bit and a fair few things are missing (obviously cant include everything in a preview) that seperate the game from COD and Battlefield. The killstreaks are more unique and the GTA like star rating sounds very interesting and it seems camping will not be as much as a problem and it pays to be a team player. I just hope the game turns out as good as it sounds and people actually buy it. Would love to play this for a while until battlefield 3 comes out. If not Ill settle for Brink I guess _________________
