This is a general thread for any who has made an indie game or a mod – would like to talk about an indie game or a mod – or are possibly looking to network for an indie game or mod:

I like the title, it's catchy. I only wish I had more to contribute than that.

Great idea for a thread, Mick. Us indie developers are always looking for places to show off our work. Please feel free to critique my games as you wish.

Here's my contributions. Note that they are not mods. Rather, they are full standalone games made from scratch in RPG Maker VX. They required extensive scripting to work outside of the default limitations of the engine. If anyone's interested, Google searches of these games can yield reviews and such if you're curious as to what people have thought of the games.

Legionwood is a console style RPG similar to games like Final Fantasy. It was released in the later half of 2007 and since then has generated quite a bit of interest, namely being included on a few magazine cover discs. You can expect more than 15 hours of gameplay and a somewhat decent story.

One Night is a survival horror game with an emphasis on solving puzzles and fleeing from enemies. Released in 2008, it drew quite a bit of attention within the RPG Maker community, being the first ever survival horror game to come from the engine. Consider it similar to the original Resident Evil.

One Night 2: The Beyond is, like its prequel, a survival horror game. Unlike the previous game, however, it focuses more on adventure game elements and is decidedly more Lovecraftian in atmosphere than One Night. It's inspired by the original Alone In The Dark. The best bit is that the story is independent of the previous game.

If you have any feedback, questions or critique, you can feel free to post here in this thread and I'll answer when I can.
