Hi guys, looking to trade 3 of my games in for one, using the jb Hifi offer. Just wanted to ask, if I was able to trade in one uk pal game. I asked a person alread, who is working at jb, but I wanna ask for sure.
Have any of yous traded in a UK PAL game at jb ? Or have done it for the 3 for 1 deal?

I can't say for certain. Technically, the games have to be AU PAL but I have seen UK PAL games for sale in JB stores before.
You might as well go & try.

For the most part you are fine, they dont even check half the time.
I have been refused once out of about 20 odd games.

I've traded in UK Games at JBHIFI, i think it just depends on the person you get over the counter

I have traded in UK/US games on several occasions, and only once was I turned back.
All I had to do was make my own OFLC stickers (make sure it's the right rating, check the OFLC site!), came back and the guy let me trade them.
It's not that they don't want to sell PAL-UK stock or anything, but regulations forbid them from displaying games/DVDs without the proper rating.

I've traded in lots of them, if you they don't take it, either go to a different store, or come back at a different time and try a different person.
