I for one will not stand for that: even if it means getting a US copy for PS3 or UK copy for 360. Someone really needs to show me how to access the American Steam store.

If Bulletstorm can get in, Duke Nukem will too. Besides, they're making fun of the violence in terms of the main character, instead of it being gritty or in your face like most of the others that picked up an MA rating. The only thing that might hold it back are the sexual references though.
But back to the game, early vote for best trailer of the year?

DNF should be fine.
Lets see, monsters with bare breasts.The God of Wars, Dante's Inferno had them.
Human bare breasts.Again the GoW's, DI had them and Splatterhouse had them.Hell Playboy The Mansion was full of them.
If GTA TLatD and Dante's Inferno could get past with bare penis in them then surely bare breasts don't matter.
Now the violence.The trailer doesn't seem exccesively violent and we are killing made up aliens, not humans so the violence shouldn't matter.

the biggest problem is the steroid taking, the oflc cause a fuss if a game has any form of drug taking (such as fallout). So unless the game renames the steroids to something else for Australia, its going to be a close call if they say yes or no.

Pretty much this. I've been burnt too many times before.
That said. Game of the fucking year. It's also one of the few games that I'm gunna need to get on my pc. Playing Duke on a console just feels wrong.

Obviously it was many many years ago but Duke Nukem 3D had steroids in it and a 15+ rating.
Also in Fallout 3 you can get addicted to morpeheine or whatever drug it was that was edited.In other games that have been banned for drugs, the drugs was used realistically.
Only time will tell if we get a game with steroids named something else.

You also have to take into account that the ACB is all over the shop with it's rating system, so just because those game got through, doesn't mean this will.
Will be importing regardless. I'm sick of supporting Australias horrible gaming releases and prices.
