I have been watching Get Smart. Great old TV series, and has one of my favourite actors - Don Adams. Enjoyable show, one of my favourites. _________________

The original series of the Twilight Zone. It's crazy to think that it's over 50 years old now.

Criss Angel: Mindfreak just came on Fox 8. It's a newer episode where he does tricks in front of people claiming hes a fake.
I miss the old days before he sold out and have bling and a beard. _________________

So I just got around to watching the first two episodes of Californication Season 4 that leaked about a week ago... holy shit I love this show. Hilarious but also heartbreaking. And it goes without saying, but god dayum at Sasha. Seriously. Wowzers. She was right. So was Hank. Just god damn. _________________

Finished Community Season 1 really quickly. Loved it, one of the better comedies I've watched recently. Surprisingly (apart from Abed and Troy) Chevy Chase was actually the funniest part of the show, which I didn't expect as I'm not the biggest fan of Chevy. Want to grab Season 2 now somehow.
Still watching Arrested Development, still picking up little hidden jokes/references. Still the best show ever
Also back in Mad Men, trying to finish off Season 2 so I can start my Season 3 Bluray I got from Amazon. _________________

Got around to polishing off Burn Notice Season 3, now I'm really itching to get Season 4 because the main storyline just keeps getting better and better.

Bloody fine show. I recorded a few episodes of Thunderbirds that have been on GO. It reminds me of how much I loved the show as a kid. For a show so old, it is still very watchable.
I've been watching the remake of Hawaii Five-0 as well. I don't mind it. _________________

Community. Seen every episode about five times now. That's how much I love this show. Can't wait for the next episode.
SPOILERS BELOW IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT.
Favourite scenes include:
Troy and Abed singing "Somewhere out there."
Senor Chang's death and entrance into the paintball game.
Dean Pelton in the 'fake gun' scene and zombie episode. He is hilarious everytime he is on-screen.

I've noticed a few people like Burn Notice. I've always taken it as being on a 'PoliceCops' level. Am I wrong?
Looking for new shows to try.

Nah man way wrong there. Fantastic show, has great story arcs that give some real "HOLY SHIT!" moments, while still being fairly episodic.
Plus come on man, it has Bruce Campbell. How do you tturn that down? _________________

I dismissed Burn Notice too, but I hired the first season from Blockbuster last week and watched it in two sittings. Fantastic show.

Give it a shot. It's a lot of fun to watch, great action/badass scenes blended with humour.
I've also recently been watching a show called Leverage, vaguely similar to Burn Notice (not as good as BN, but still worthwhile). Don't quite know how to explain it so, taken from Wikipedia: Leverage follows a five-person team of professional thieves, computer experts and con artists, headed up by former insurance investigator, Nathan Ford, who use their skills to right corporate and governmental injustices inflicted on common citizens.
Like BN it has a case per week and is quite funny. The first episode had a couple of corny bits but it definitely picks up. Watched the first season and have got two more seasons to go to catch up.

GAH!
I've just finished watching Burn Notice Season 4. Freaking amazing. This season just went from strength to strength and every twist was unexpected and often times down right scary.
My only qualm is that now I have to wait for more, it's going to be a difficult wait too, especially with what they ended on, punks.

The Apprentice series finale is on tonight. Yay! I'll be watching that for sure! One of the better reality TV shows around - though that's not saying much.... _________________

Well "Lie To Me" is airing again after the USA break in shows. They showed two episodes in a row which is great. Love that show.
Primeval, season 4, is back on air too but they've changed the cast again and the show is really starting to drag now. Think they have run out of ideas and shot themselves in the foot with the main story-arcs concluding in the last 3 seasons. Just not appealing any longer.
The Mentalist still appears to be going strong and I have also got the latest CSI (original) episode ready to watch, which I have no doubt is also going strong as well. _________________

while we all want to discuss the latest tv/entertainment, open discussion of torrents and piracy is a big no no imo.
I mean a guy on the previous page even posted links.
this is a public forum and you guys are going to get PALGN in trouble.

In that case, i've been chewing through The Shield after buying the dvd tge season 1 - 7 tin set was only $89 when i purchased in December (should have held off for the 20% off period from Boxing Day till the following friday and got it heaps cheaper).
I recently listened to the 24 soundtracks for the first time in ages, it has me motivated to go through the series yet again (it is one i used to watch at least 2-3 times per year). Starting from when season 4 would air, i'd watch seasons 1 - 3 in the lead up, likewise with season 5, season 6 and so on. Then i'd do the same once the dvd of the respective season was out (can anyone say obsessed ?).
24 was one of "those" shows in which i could watch 6+ episodes of it a night (time permitting of course). Some nights i'd squeeze in 8 - 12 (again time permitting).
On the subject of proper/current tv shows, i rarely watch many shows on a regular basis these days.

Watched carnivale season 1 again. So damn good. Really pissed off at the brain dead masses for not giving the show a chance and it ending at S2. I loved everyone in this. :'( Jeff Beals music is fantastic.
Also watching Men in Trees but I really don't buy Anne Heche as a hot sexy babe. _________________
