Epic bump for my 11th plat - Need for Speed Hot Pursuit.
Took me about 48 hours of fast paced racing, but I got it all done. Nothing terrible difficult, even though it includes a few online trophies (play x game modes online). Excellent game too _________________

Yeah, that was a pretty easy plat. The hardest was probably finding opponents for the Interceptor trophies. I was thinking about getting the expansion so I can get the other 10 or so trophies, as well as the Gumpert and a few more events for the speedwall.

I didn't have any trouble finding opponents, you just needed to pick a popular class of cars.
The Super Sports Pack costs a little bit too much for very little IMHO. _________________

Something like 105 hours.
I've had the game since release but got bored after around 80 hours and stopped playing it and only decided about 3 days ago that I would get the remaining 5 trophies. _________________ Welcome to the internet. Where any joke can turn into WWIII.

Trying to Platinum Fallout 3 GOTY Edition, all 73 trophies. I've got 10% so far since Christmas but have been at work every day. Can anyone give me a rough timeframe I should be looking at?

It depends how you play. I did a lot of exploring and it took me 120 hours but if you rushed through it then I'd say around 40 hours or so.

^ Hey, the trophy guide I've been using for Warrior Within is from that site! It was very helpful, so yeah, nifty site. :]
With that said, I just got the Platinum trophy for Warrior Within.
And this is my 10th Platinum trophy, that's... pretty cool, I guess? WoOt!

I'm about halfway through playing Vanquish, and have decided to go for the platinum. Looks like it's gonna be a trek!
I'm playing the game on hard for the first playthrough, but I'm really concerned over the "Finish the game without dying" trophy. Going off how easy it is to die on Hard, I hope Easy won't be as bad. _________________ Playing: Fallout: New Vegas

Apparently it's not too bad. If you die, instead of restarting from checkpoints you go back to the title screen and reload. _________________

Just got the platinum for Katamari Forever... Completing the collection was a royal pain in the ass...
I bought this game back in April last year but I'd barely played it, I only put it in my PS3 three weeks ago to waste a couple of hours and here I am with my 10th platinum. _________________

I just got the Platinum trophy for PoP: The Two Thrones. And with that, I've now fully finished the PoP trilogy. Looks like all the PoP trophy hunting has kept me busy for nearly three weeks (one week per game, maybe?). So yeah, these games were well worth the money. ^^

Regarding VANQUISH:

I just found out the game has a chapter system so you can go back to improve times, etc. And on casual it's a breeze (coming from hard).
But I discovered the hidden trophy is in fact to complete the tactical challenges... It's basically a single battlezone and you have to wipe out waves of increasing difficulty. There are only 5 maps, and by the looks of it, contain around 5 waves each (i hope), lasting a few minutes a piece, however if you die, you have start again.
I just tried the first challenge... Holy hell. The enemies are relentless! However I just need to work out the best weapon combinations and use them for each wave. Unfortunately, once you've exhausted a particular one and the three reload drops worth on the map, that's it. So every shot counts. _________________ Playing: Fallout: New Vegas

If you're interested in an online boosting parter for the trophies, I'm definitely up for it. I've been playing the game lately and the platinum is easy enough if you have someone to help with the online. _________________

I managed to finish the game without dying on normal and I was soo stoked... then I... | Spoiler wrote: | screwed up the final quick time event where you have to shoot the russian and missed out on the trophy |
Good luck with the Challenges though, they are intense. _________________

The challenges get easier with practice and right strategy.
That is until you unlock challenge 6, it is the one reason I don't have platinum. It makes the rest of the game with the exception of God Hard, seem easy. _________________

Just got my first ever platinum with Uncharted 2. Great game and it was still fun during the second play through. Took me about 20 hours. Now I need to finish Uncharted 1 on crushing and I'll have that completed too.

Scored my 250th trophy the other day. Still no platinums. I have cricket sitting here to platinum, I just cannot be arsed playing it, more spreading my gametime around various games. _________________

Once my mate gets back from holidays I'll be platinuming Borderlands(We've been playing through the whole campaign together).
There's a silver trophy you get for playing whith a Gearbox member, or by playing with someone who already had the trophy... So I just joined some random online game hoping they'd have it, got the trophy and then left again. _________________

Got my second platinum trophy with Uncharted. I finally got the courage to finish crushing today. I wouldn't say it was that difficult but the enemies were so annoying. They would bounce around as you were trying to aim for them and they'd do barrel rolls and other really annoying crap that makes it difficult to hit them. On top of that, they can withstand an entire M14 clip or maybe I was just missing the whole time. Uncharted 2 was so much better, I can't wait to see what Naughty Dog comes up with the third game.
