Oh that is interesting! Why would they do that, I guess they must of picked up id a bit after the start of the development of this... or just felt more comfortable using there engine (?). Thought I remember reading an article somewhere saying that they would all be using id Tech 5 from now on, oh I got confused it looks like its just all games using id Tech 5 need to be published by Bethesda. Yeah, Skyrim would have started development long before Zenimax aquired id. Hopefully whatever engine they're cooking up is a huge step above Gamebyro. _________________
