The news that we have all been waiting for, Bayonetta 2 has been confirmed! The official confirmation was made via Hideki Kamiya's Twitter account, where he confirmed that Bayonetta 2 is in fact in development. A fan asked if there will be a sequel, and when it will be shown to the public first.

Can't wait! Hopefully this time around the PS3 version isn't half-assed.
