So I was directed to this today:
Man, I wonder if I can get a job setting these sorts of things up for a living... so awesome. _________________

Next stage is sitting up waiting for you to come home in a darkened room, in one of those green or red velour chairs with the wooden legs. While on the dinner table will be a candle burnt right down and some ruined roast pork...
You will turn the light on and be startled by the person in question. After which point they will say you don't care about them and the awkwardness that follows will be so thick you can cut it with a knife _________________

To celebrate the imminent release of one of our projects, we ordered a massive feed from Mojo's Weird Pizzas for lunch...
So. Much. Pizza.
I'm gonna be napping this off through the arvo _________________

Sony KDL55NX810 - or if you don't speak code, it's a 55" 3D ready Sony LED TV.
not in stock yet, so awaiting the unit, but hopefully it's not a huge wait, as i've just done the pre-registration for the Christmas Bonus Sony are running, and i now only have 14 days to mail them the serial panel from the carton.
pretty lame. i mean it's good they let you pre-register without the serial, as this makes up for the debacle of last year's waiting list, but not telling me i only had 14 days to get my details in, via snail mail, is also pretty retarded.
$4020, including 5 year extended warranty. |
I hate to rain on your parade, but gauging from my previous experience in the business with the Sony Xmas promos, you've got none and buckleys chance of getting that TV before the new year (without some sort of miracle).
Sony are always terrible with stock control on their televisions. |
TV arrived today.
but it's too big to put together solo, so it stays in it's box until tomorrow when i can get some help.
as for the redemption offer - Sony were aware of the stock issues in WA, so i was able to ring up and get my claim "paused" until it arrived, and i get another 2 weeks to post everything off without losing my place in queue. _________________

We had Mojo's pizza once. I was surprised at how it tasted considering the odd selection of toppings on the menu. It was actually a pretty good pizza.
Congratulations on the completion of the project! I started a new one today and drank to celebrate, I wish I didn't though as I planned to do stuff tonight =/. _________________

I'd never heard of Mojo's before seeing it mentioned in this thread today, but coincidentally I went to a birthday tonight where we ordered in pizza from there.
It was weird. Decent, but... really weird. I think, on the whole, I prefer regular pizza. _________________
