Yeah, I used to love altavista! Hell, I even used Netscape... oh, the shame! The indignity! |
Hey don't knock netscape, I made some awesome angelfire websites using it. _________________

I wonder what he has to revise after 3 weeks of looking at it? =) |
Perhaps he initially though they were interesting, but changed his mind after the first three weeks on the turnip farm.

If true, I feel sorry for whoever sent the money to a group of senile old coots deluded into believing their outdated system holds any sway over UK politics. _________________

unidentified missile launch off the coast of USA
Slightly disturbing....yanks say looks like a missile but we don't know why, what, where or who.
Pentagon is still scratching it's head....nothing appears to be nuked yet so it is an odd one. _________________ kill, kill, kill.....the white man. Kill the white man, kill

An American will accidently bomb his/her own country and to make themselves not look like idiots will blame another country and go to war with them....
Kinda like Stan being a boob on American Dad last night. _________________

Can anyone say "oops"?
Wonder how long it will take for them to find a reasonable cover story
Can anyone say "weather balloon"? _________________

The part that is making everyone grunt like patty and selma, webbot predicted some sort of nuclear event on the 8th that would kick off ww3.....but as it gets it's data from the "feeling" off the internet, and plenty of people have been crapping on about nuclear destruction in november, it would have got it's feelers from that....
disclaimer : webbot is a bunch of shit. But i will gladly buy it a beer if it got something like that right.
Ha i just thought, the real football in the groin would be if webbot was trying to make it's predictions come true. Bugger skynet, here come webbot
The yanks are saying plane now, nothing to see here, move along....strange that it took them a day to come up with that. _________________ kill, kill, kill.....the white man. Kill the white man, kill

i am sorry but this does not look like an aircraft contrail to me, which i believe is now the official line.....don't exactly know why they wouldn't call the aviation authorities and, you know, ask them like yesterday...

Unless it's a "new" type of plane that takes off at a very steep angle, then that is not a plane contrail. It sure does look like some sort of rocket though. _________________ I'd be apathetic, but I can't be arsed.

Indeed. No VTOL plane takes off like that. _________________ I'd be apathetic, but I can't be arsed.

a comment from another news site.
| Quote: |
" This pops up every once in a while. Seen it myself.
It's an airliner leaving a contrail that's being lit by the setting sun.
It appears to be going straight up because it's coming straight towards
the observer from over the horizon.
If we had a time, direction, and location of the viewpoint it would
not be difficult to determine which flight it was.
The contrail more than likely also shows on satellite weather imagery.
As many of us here know who have observed known missile launches, this
thing is moving WAAAAAAAAY too slow." |

The contrail is all zig-zaggy.. exactly like a missile launch.. all indications are that this was a missile launch.. go and have a look at "official" missile launchs and you will see how obvious it is that it is a missile launch. They could have just said it was a training exercise that needed to be undisclosed till the exercise was underway etc.. dunno why they haven't used this response.. it's believable, accountable and obvious.. *shrugs* _________________
