The picture in the corner is the DS prototype unit!

(that's cool for a little news story like this, but it annoys me that gamespot still use the old pre-release DS shape as the DS logo for the site. Those bastards)

Hopefully I can make it, but prob for only an hour. I've got a band practice!

I've also heard back from the store manager. He couldn't see any issues with us being there, so we can pretty well confirm that it will be the venue as long as we don't get too many people.

Actually it does look pretty dead. The article's only had some 300 views which significantly lower than I was expecting. I would be really surprised if more than 3 people turned up (not including your friends Eve). Dunno if it's worth me going considering I don't even have a DS... I have a lot of work to do... ahhh I'll probably go anyway to procrastinate from doing anything productive

Thanks for coming everybody! IT was awesome to play a good FPS in a machine that fits in your hand!

OK, so I know who Eve6 is now (my first pictochat buddy!) and also who Rush is (kicked us all at Metroid) and also James the PALGN man, but what are everyone else's username here? And names? I wanna put some names to faces!

Pretty decent turn out to, could have been worse
