Yeah just saw your figures, you're chargin it now with the 4-gate strategy (I assume that's what you're using?) You must've had 30 wins for your past 6 or so losses.

Yeah, was about 70-67 and now 92 - 72.
One of the losses was from forgetting to build an assimilator, so my warpgates were delayed by heaps. The second was from the opponent rushing voids while I had a 3:1 zea/stalk attack.

I've been practicing the 4 gate build lately, and I have to say it's pretty damn effective! I found if you have enough resources pumping out by the time it's ready, it's easy to apply constant pressure on the opponent.
I'm still slow rolling it all out though. The last match ended up finishing at 30 minutes. _________________ Playing: Fallout: New Vegas

So far my fastest has been 7 minutes, where I 4gated and he was battle cruising so had no force.

Something i was just thinking of. Does chorono boosting the same building, say 3 times at once make it go 3 times faster for that 30 secs? Or is it best to just wait till they're over then do it again?

I don't think the effect stacks, so best to wait. _________________

it doesn't stack, it just resets the timer back to 30 secs. _________________

So I was reading this page: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Korean_4_Warpgate_All_In_%28vs._Protoss%29
And they all have their pylons built at 10. Is that it's started at 9 and completes at 10, like what I currently do, or do they get supply blocked and build it once the 10th starts?
Edit: The closet to my current build would be the Kowi. I go 9 pylon + c boost 10 and 1-2 seconds short of 11, 11 gateway, 13 assimilator, 15 pylon, 18 core.
Would it make much difference if I went that extra probe before pylon?

Are you referring to "10 Pylon"?
I'm pretty sure that means you get your supply up to 10/something with probes then build a pylon ASAP _________________

Yes it means when you have 10 food, don't it though because it's an all in, you might as well cannon rush and since the Zealot warpgate cooldown nerf it's not even very viable anymore. _________________

I've been laddering a bit lately after taking time to watch but not play starcraft for a while. I can feel myself lifting from bronze but my 200/200 army just gets pwnzored in this replay. So I think I need a little help with positioning?

oh yeah and i think i totally screw up my opening as well haha (not usually that bad)

I think you did fine. Maybe a few too many stim uses without time to heal up in between. Also there was a tank continually picking away at you in the lower right. _________________

You did pretty well. Outexpanded, outmacro'd your opponent. Just a few things:
*Upgrades are very important in mirrors. Given you went MM most of the match, should start those upgrades earlier
*Probably shouldn't wall off vs terran but I guess some feel more secure doing so.
*Split your army up more. Don't just use 1 control group especially since he had tanks.
*You should use medvacs not just to heal but also for their mobility, e.g. to pick up units to run away from a battle.

Sc2 help is back up, as i've started playing again!
Send me replays, questions, what ever you want!
If you want to practice verse any race, add me on SEA
248 - redfrogs
A word of warning, i'm attempting to get into medicine at UNSW next year, so my study amounts are ten million gazillion; i'm currently only holidays and all sc2 happy, but as soon as i'm back studying - won't be on as much. But i'll definitely be able to help 2-5 replays per week (as an estimate).
Might even do a video (of the game screen) commentary on a good replay that's been uploaded.
