Finally had some time to update the front page, to all entrants so far check yourself out on the ladder and let us know if the colour or name is incorrect or something, I'm colourblind so not sure if it's the exact colour you're after.
With over 30 players in the meetup thread, there's only 9-10 keen players at the moment for the tourney.
Should we try and lock in some set times for the games to be played. I was thinking a Wednesday/Sunday night between 8-11 so people have a common time to jump on Vent and watch in. Possibly one other night, but I'm assuming Wednesday and Sunday nights are when people are the least busy, don't want to hold it on a fri/sat night as I and surely most others are usually out and have Starcraft on the bottom of their priority list.

Ok guys, the main page has been updated with all the final entrants.
Windburn, please let me know of your team colour
Kurupt, please let me know of your team colour and unit of choice
All participants If possible, please let me know in this thread with roughly two days/times which you are willing to dedicate to playing your opponents for the tournament. I will update the main page with the times to make organising matches a bit easier. As An example I'll provide mine:

mrcool37 Sunday/Monday/Thursday 8pm - late
I will continue to update the main page with everyones Starcraft 2 tags, everyone should add everybody else in the tournament for when you need to create matches. PM or post the results in here once finished.
Not sure whats happening with Ventrilo/observing matches. Does anybody know how many observers are allowed in a 1v1 custom game? Should figure that out first to see if Puddingfork needs more slots open if people want to listen in on possible commentary. Not sure if Denny is too busy, he mentioned commentating at some point, might wait a few weeks.
If anybody plays Street Fighter or something on PC, I need someone to take a 'print screen' for a versus logo (the 'Vs' symbol) I'm trying to find, can't find one on Google Images, this will pretty up future weekly draws.
If you have any close matches, save the replay and I'll update the main page with a 'top game of the week' or something similar. Still plenty of updates to come to pretty everything up.
Sorry to Echo, I forgot to add you to the updated list, I'll fix that up for you now.
This means that there's an odd number of people. As Echo signed up a bit earlier, if it stays the same Kurupt will receive the first bye, as he was the last to sign up. Hopefully we can get just 1 more player at least so everybody has a game each week.
So start posting your available times and possibly PM your opponent over the next couple of days to organise a time for you to play.
Oh I forgot, maps, Still after opinions on these, should just limit it to the fficial 1v1 and 2v2 maps, but open to suggestions on this..

EDIT: Oh and only 10 slot Vent server atm, can increase it but considering we only have 13 players, 2 of which can't spectate a game at any given time (they'll be playing) I doubt we'll have any issues.

Btw, when a match is on everyone can feel free to jump on vent and such. If I'm on I'll commentate on what players are doing and all that, happy to.
People playing should not be allowed to be in Vent while playing though, in-case of listening in on what's happening etc.
Also maps I'd suggest for 1v1:
Steppes of War
Blistering Sands
Xel'Naga Caverns
Desert Oasis
Metalopolis
Lost Temple
Kulas Ravine
Scrap Station
Delta Quadrant
Pretty much all the 1v1 league maps, as they're tournament ready.

Weeknights I'm regularly online from about 9 or 10pm EST.
Weekends I'm usually on in the mornings after I wake up to midday. Also possibly online later in the evening depending how my social calendar is.
Denny, I'm sure I'll catch you soon for round 1. I'll be hanging round on vent when available.

if it was that much of an issue, he could just set his handicap to whatever % in game (incidentally, does anyone know exactly what that setting does? i assume it either effects resource gathering rate or damage given/taken).

If possible, can one of the teams versing each other PM me with a rough time once they organise a time to play? This way I can continue to update the main page with scheduled times that people are supposed to be playing each other to make people wanting to listen in a bit easier.
I'm supposed to verse Agent 042, and I see you have Thursdays free (as do I). So we'll probably get our games going on Thursday night at 8-9pm. If others are free, should try and get some more games going around this time so people can watch in on a few in one sitting (not at the exact time or anything like that, maybe one other group go at it after us, or vice versa)
