You forget that God created people in his own image and is indiscriminate in who he loves. I'm a devoted Catholic and I'm pro-gay rights; one of my main arguments is that gay people are human, just like everyone else on the planet. Don't just read or abide by the parts of the Bible or the interpretations you like.
