I guess this is a way to encourage people to play the squad games. If you're playing on your own, then you're more or less screwed because most people in 4 v 4 games are tone deaf. But if you have a decent team who communicate properly, then the smaller games can be a lot of fun. That's the key to Battlefield, a lot of people just don't seem to understand that.
