Without thinking too hard, I'd probably go with any number of the PS2 Phoenix games in my collection.
As your lawyer, I recommend you go to youtube and look up footage from "Animal Soccer World", "Maniac Mole" and "White Van Racer".
Failing that, I can always mention the new/shrinkwrapped copy of "Daikatana" on PC I bought from ebay for the lulz.

Ghost Recon - I think I bought it last year cause two of my mates were like man its freaking awesome. You will love it etc. etc.
They played it on launch of the 360 and had not seen how outdated it had become. Everytime I see it - I feel like punching them both in the head.

Fuck yeah, Phoenix games. One of my e-friends basically collects all of their games, and I've sort of helped him by buying every Phoenix game I find in-store.
505 Gamestreet games are pretty lol too.

I haven't played the first game but I really enjoyed the sequel, I thought it was the perfect tactical shooter it actually forced you to make use of your entire team not just be Rambo and have invincible teammates (unless of course you shoot them, Hello Call of Duty).

So I really wanted to give Sonic Unleashed a chance. I'm a sucker for platform games and as much as the reviews were bad, for $20 I thought it was worth a shot. Unfortunately, I just couldn't get into it. For one, the controls and camera system sucked any enjoyment out of the game, and though being a werehog had its merits, it paled in comparison to the fast paced nature of the true Sonic, slowing the game to a crawl and turning it into a stock standard collect this, beat that game. I'm willing to forgive errors here or there if the story or action is entertaining, but this one just didn't work at all.

That was a bit of a rage-post, which is sometimes the follow-on from a rage-quit. I feel a bit silly putting Halo 3 now, since it's basically all I've been playing since that post. It just sucks to get back into after a long break.
I fail at the multiplayer, but I find myself sometimes sitting up until 4am playing it. It's sad. I hate it. I hate that I keep playing it in the hope that one day I won't suck so bad.
Actually, I'm getting a little bit better. But between the lag and kids that have parents that let them sit around playing Halo all day every day, there isn't much hope for me.

Well I always give games away if I don't like them... You can't give away Steam games though, so if I had to pick a Steam game I own that I think is the worst, I will go with Deus Ex...
I'm sure it was really good when it came out but I only played it recently and thought it was quite awful compared to modern games... I still don't understand why everyone raves about it, I really couldn't bring myself to keep playing it... _________________

I always got bored with the first one. Mind you i'm more of a console gamer then a pc gamer. Gave the ps2 version a go as well, but found myself just bored with it. Grabbed the sequel Invisible War on xbox when it was released, and despite the mixed reviews, remains one of the best games i have finished. Loved it. So looking forward to the sequel that is coming _________________

You have to look at it in the same vein of playing Half Life now, for the first time. It is horribly outdated. But for its time , it was ground breaking. merging FPS, with strong storyline, character and adventure elements.
DX was amazing for it's time too. The storyline was very dark, it was very character driven and you could really play how wanted too (good/bad etc). Plus the whole nano element of powering up your abilities was pretty new at the time. Amazing game, but now, very, very dated.

Actually I only played Half Life for the first time a few years ago and thought it was good fun (but Half Life 2 is a lot better!!) I know what you mean though! some games age well others (most) dont, but I think what I mean is that I dont mind people being nostalgic but sometimes gameplay can age just as much as graphics and I wish people would not say how amazing certain games are when they are just really not very good anymore. It's confusing for newbies like me!!
but I am one of those wacky people who really prefers new games to most old games and not because of the shiny pretty graphics (crazy right!! )... I have really tried to get into a lot of older games and I find that most games further back than about a decade are either too difficult or too unintuitive.. or both! _________________

I have a long list in stupid games, but my worst would have to be either SpyToy (PS2) or Harry Potter Quiddich (GBA). Useless games. _________________

I have a game called Zombie Virus, also known in the East as Zombie vs. Ambulance.
Basically, you are in an ambulance and you run over zombies while looking for survivors. I'm torn between liking and hating it, because it's so bad it's good, but damn if it isn't one of the most poorly designed games ever.
I actually wrote a review for it ages and ages ago. The fact this is still probably the worst game I own and that I've been collecting games with novelty value for a couple of years says something as to how bad it is. _________________ Check out my game, Awien Ambush

Probably Home Alone on the PC.
I have it stored at the folks house still. I remember paying $60 for it (whcih was stupid since a mate had a copy of it) and probably got about 2 - 3 hours of fun out of it. Was the same shit over and over.
I can probably also add International Cricket Challenge on PC - first cricket game back in 1990 I think. The game was unaplayable. I couldn't get the player to bat, bowl do nothing. When I say player I think it was white dot verse the black dot. Glad I waited until it was only $15 to buy.
Thankgod for modern cricket games. _________________

Man I like the Club.
I thought it was a fun, if shallow highscore based shooter.
Owning the disc I'd say Project Sylpheed, picked it up for free at a buy 2 get one free thing at EB, it combines all the worst most pretentious JRPG bullshit with a more confusing hypercoloured version of the old X-wing vs Tie Fighter gameplay.
Downloadable I'd have to say Braid, it's just so fucking wanky and pretentious. _________________
